Preliminary Schedule
Friday, April 26
6:00 PM – Caravan North meets up at the Subway at Pearsonville (102 Pearson Rd, Pearsonville, CA 93527 – just north of where US395 and CA14 meet)
Stop, eat, gas up, then Audi Caravan to Mammoth. This time is tentative and may change depending upon member feedback. Will confirm with registered attendees 2 weeks prior to the event.
3:00-6:00 PM – Early Bird Happy Hour For those heading to Mammoth early on Friday we will meet for Happy Hour at in the upstairs bar area at Roberto’s Mexican Cafe on Old Mammoth Road.
Saturday, April 27
On Hill Meet-Ups
9:00 AM – Meet outside the Mill Cafe at the bottom of Chair 2 / Stump Alley Express
11:30 AM – Lunch at McCoy Station (fka Mid-Chalet, located mid-mountain). Non-Skiers/Boarders can access McCoy Station via the Scenic Gondola Ride (also goes to the Top of the mountain) from Main Lodge. Scenic Ride Gondola Tickets are available at the Main Lodge ticket window.
3:00-5:00 PM – Après Ski – Meet up for Happy Hour at The Yodler (across from Main Lodge, next to the Mammoth Mountain Inn). Available via car or local bus service.
Free Shuttle Bus Service is available from many town locations to the Main Lodge for our on-mountain activities
Sunday, April 28
2:00 PM – Caravan South (going home) meets at the Shell Station parking lot on the corner of Main Street and Old Mammoth Road (3011 Main St, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546). Location and time may change depending upon member feedback and number of vehicles planning to Caravan. Will confirm with registered attendees 2 weeks prior to event.

You may want to consider the IKON Season Pass. Passes for next season are on sale now. They may be used this Spring starting April 8, 2019, for lift access to Mammoth, June, Big Bear, and dozens of other resorts, and are good through the end of the 2019/2020 season. IKON Pass options start at $649, but prices increase on April 24th. Lift prices can be as high as $170/day; so the pass can quickly pay for itself. IKON pass holders also receive discounts on MMSA’s resort lodging, food/drink, guest tickets, etc.
Lodging
NOTE THAT Canyon and Eagle Lodges will be closed after April 21st. There will be no lift access from these areas, but the shuttle system still runs. Choose your lodging accordingly.
