Back in 2019, Lamborghini gave the world the concept car Sterrato, an off-road version of the Huracan.
At the end of 2022 Lamborghini will give the world, or at least those who can afford it, the production version of the Huracan Sterrato.
We spied this prototype of the Huracan Sterrato in its natural habitat, in snowy conditions and snow covered roads. Or maybe most of the Huracan Sterrato will end up playing in the sand dunes in some desert country instead.
As we can see the production car is toned down compared to the concept. The tacked on wheel arches are missing but the jacked up suspension and the roof rails are still left.
We can also see a skid plate up front , the louvers and a scoop over the engine to make sure the cooling works and the engine gets some fresh air.
Expect the 5.2 liter V10 engine to be basically untouched but most likely with a dual-clutch gearbox and the AWD system calibrated for some better off-road capabilities.
A limited run is most likely with a figure between 500- 1000 cars to be made.
