Peak Audi on a Budget: 7 Great Audis Under $30K
Words: Joe Kucinski
Everything is getting more expensive these days. The average new car is now north of $50,000. The average new Audi is more than that. Even the least expensive A3 is going to cost you over $40,000. That is why, according to the most recent data available, the average new car loan is 68.9 months. So, what is an Audi enthusiast without unlimited funds supposed to do? Well, one great option is to become a member of Audi Club if you are not already. Members get six percent off MSRP on the purchase/lease of a new Audi from Audi of America. That will total several thousands of dollars in savings, even off the least expensive A3. It’s a great deal for a paltry $59 membership fee.
If you are looking to save even more money, you can get yourself a great pre-owned Audi for less than $30,000. And these are not basket case vehicles that have branded titles or more rust than paint. We are talking about clean, straight German luxury vehicles that still have plenty of life left in them. To illustrate our point, we selected seven pre-owned Audi models that you can easily buy for $30,000 or less. In some cases, a lot less. To be clear, this is not an exhaustive list. There are dozens of great Audis that you can buy for this amount of money. But this is a good starting point to show you what options are out there.
Of course, buying new gets you that new car smell and that new car warranty. So, keep in mind that you will need to budget for potential repairs on these used vehicles. Do your due diligence and have any vehicle you are thinking of buying thoroughly inspected to protect you from unexpected repairs.
