Meet the 2027 Audi Club North America Board Director Candidates 

Audi Club North America’s 2027 National Board of Directors election begins Thursday, October 1st and will be open through Saturday, October 31st. 

Each year, three of the nine National Board of Directors positions are up for election. Directors serve a 3-year term and are eligible to serve up to two consecutive terms. 

This is your opportunity, as a member of Audi Club North America, to cast your vote for the future of the Club. These five candidates have stepped forward to lead the Club, so let’s show them our support. Members may vote for up to three (3) of the aforementioned nominees. 

All active members (including Family Members) in good standing, as of October 1, 2026, will be sent an email ballot with a link to the voting website. The election is being conducted using Survey Hero. 

Your completed ballot will be received and verified by a third-party independent audit. All ballots received by 11:59 pm Eastern on Saturday, October 31st, will be tabulated and results will be publicized on audiclubna.org and via email announcing the new Directors who will begin in January for the 2027 – 2029 term.

The Audi Club North America Board of Directors and the Nominating Committee have confirmed five eligible candidates running for the three open positions. Here are the candidates (in alphabetical order):

Rachel Beamer, North Atlantic Chapter  

What began as a passion for Audi has grown into something much more meaningful: a commitment to the community, experiences, and relationships that bring enthusiasts together. I am seeking a position on the Audi Club North America Board of Directors because my involvement at the local chapter level, combined with my experience organizing and participating in a variety of automotive events, has given me a perspective I believe can contribute to the Club’s continued growth.  

My involvement with Audi Club began with the purchase of my 2022 Turbo Blue RS 3, known throughout the community as “Azul.” What started with attending Cars & Coffee events, evolved into modifying and tracking my car, and becoming increasingly involved with my local Audi community. I have participated in SCCA events at NCCAR, as well as events at Carolina Motorsports Park through Racing for ALS. Being featured in Quattro Magazine’s women-focused issue was especially meaningful because it captured how far my Audi journey had evolved—from discovering my passion for the brand to pursuing motorsport, modifying my car, and becoming part of a community that has made those experiences even more rewarding. It reinforced for me the powerful role Audi Club North America can play in helping enthusiasts find their place within the community.  

As a Director, I would focus on expanding our community. There is a significant population of Audi owners who are highly enthusiastic about their vehicles but may not currently participate in local Audi Club chapter events. There are many Audi owners who modify or build their cars, have owned multiple Audis, or are deeply engaged with the brand without being connected to Audi Club North America. I believe targeted events that appeal to the broad spectrum of Audi enthusiasts could help reach this untapped demographic and strengthen membership.  

Another key area of focus would be building stronger relationships with Audi dealerships. Dealerships provide a direct connection to local Audi owners. A stronger relationship between the Club and dealers could yield a valuable partnership for Cars & Coffee and other community-focused events. This relationship would be mutually beneficial by creating new opportunities to introduce Audi owners to the Club.  

I also see an opportunity for growth by developing a partnership with F1 Arcade. With Audi joining the Formula 1 grid, hosting chapter events or social gatherings at F1 Arcade could create unique motorsport-focused experiences while providing meaningful exposure and value for both organizations.  

Finally, increasing participation among women is a personal priority. I want Audi Club to be a place where women feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to participate as enthusiasts, drivers, builders, and leaders.  

As a potential Board member, I would bring the perspective of an active enthusiast, a commitment to community building, and a desire to turn opportunities into meaningful experiences for our members. My goal is to help Audi Club North America attract new enthusiasts, strengthen existing relationships, and continue building a welcoming and dynamic community for everyone who shares a passion for Audi.  

North Atlantic Audi Club Chapter Board Member — Serving on the chapter board since October 2024, contributing to chapter planning, events, and member engagement. 

Event Master – Cars & Dogs Community Event — Organized a unique Audi enthusiast event partnering with a local dog park/bar and local vendors, creating an innovative experience that extended beyond the traditional Cars & Coffee format and attracted approximately 65–70 cars. 

Audi Dealership Event Collaboration — Helped organize multiple Cars & Coffee events in partnership with local Audi dealerships, with each event attracting approximately 75–100+ cars and strengthening relationships between the chapter and local dealerships. 

F1 Arcade Social Event Organizer — Currently organizing a chapter social event at F1 Arcade featuring simulator racing, food, and a viewing of an F1 qualifying session, creating a new opportunity to engage members through motorsport beyond traditional car events. 

Women’s Audi Community Engagement — Successfully promoted and recruited women-owned Audi drivers to participate in a women-focused car show, helping increase visibility and participation among women within the Audi enthusiast community. 

Jeremy Chavez, Florida Chapter  (Incumbent ACNA Board Director)

Accepting a nomination for the Audi Club North America Board of Directors is an honor. Since being appointed to the national board, I have made it my mission to develop a strategic perspective on The Club and find effective, efficient ways to strengthen the connection between the national organization and its local chapters. My goal is to establish and refine processes that empower chapters to deliver meaningful and fulfilling experiences within their communities. I am also passionate about promoting fiscal responsibility to help ensure The Club’s longevity well beyond my term.  

My passion for Audi began with the first-generation R8. Its design and exclusivity felt timeless and inspiring. The first-gen R8 would later introduce me to the Emerald Coast Region of Audi Club Florida and serve as the catalyst for my Audi Club journey. I continue to expand my knowledge of the brand and have owned a B8.5 S5 Technik Plus, a B8 SQ5 Premium Plus, a B6 S4 Avant and an 8P A3 Quattro.  

I bring a fresh perspective and a broad range of skills to The Club, including strengths in organization, project management, and communication. I am passionate about leadership development and supporting others as they pursue their goals while advancing The Club’s mission. I believe Audi Club members are the organization’s most important stakeholders, and that a fulfilling member experience drives Audi Club’s success at every level.  

My involvement has allowed me to share unique opportunities with fellow enthusiasts while broadening and deepening my own Audi Club experience. At the chapter-level, I have helped organize, lead, or serve as tail for more than 20 Wheels-in-Motion events across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. I have also served a term on the Audi Club Florida Board of Directors, including three years as an executive officer.   

At the national level, I served on several committees, including as chair of the Membership & Nomination Committee. In that role, we worked with Audi Club Staff to revitalize The Club’s awards and recognition program and streamline the national elections process. I also chaired the Open Road Event Guidelines Ad Hoc Committee, which overhauled and standardized the Wheels-in-Motion guidelines for event masters and organizers across 32 chapters. As a member of the Editorial Committee, I authored articles that highlight the Audi Revolut F1 Team’s Driver Development Program and Audi’s presence at the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to leadership development and my desire to advance the priorities of The Club and its national board.   

Professionally, I lead a diverse team of 24 employees and first-line supervisors in the aviation safety and survival equipment industry. Throughout my 12-year career, I have developed the leadership and communication skills necessary to ensure that my team delivers high-quality safety equipment for aircrew and the professional development of every team member. I also oversee programs involving organizational financial management and quality control.  

I’m grateful to be surrounded and continuously inspired by so many remarkable Audi enthusiasts across the country. I hope to continue helping shape the future of Audi Club North America by empowering our leaders, strengthening our chapters, and delivering an exceptional membership experience for Audi owners everywhere.  

  

Carson Heter, Florida Chapter (Incumbent ACNA Board Director)

Ever since my first WDS and HPDE events with ACNA way back in 2005, I have been an unwavering supporter of the club’s mission, its members and the Audi brand itself – even if I’ve had to painstakingly build my dream Audi from the parts bin because they wouldn’t build it themselves. My 22 years of combined experience as an Audi & VW Certified Technician and Master Certified Parts Consultant helped with that, as well as taking on the role of Technical Editor for quattro Magazine, chairing the Editorial Committee, and serving on the Membership & Nominations and Marketing & Sponsorship committees.  

Over the course of my current elected three-year term on the National Board of Directors, I have served on the Executive Committee as Secretary for the past two years while dedicating myself to attending every Board Meeting, the meetings of every committee I serve on, and every chapter leadership call – which is something that will never change if I can help it. The club’s outlook has steadily turned around since I joined the National Board in 2024. I wish to continue contributing to the Audi Club – continuing to embrace what has made it great while adapting to ensure its survivability for the future. I strongly believe in the club’s educational mission and its importance to the Audi brand as a whole. And I’m committed not only to helping the club survive, but to thrive into the future.  

My track record proves that I want to be here, and with your support I look forward to continuing helping ACNA forge a sustainable future that benefits its membership across HPDE, Wheels-in-Motion, Social and Show events while helping chapters meet the needs of their members at home over the next three years. Greg Loudon, Northwest Chapter   

I recently retired as an insurance executive, a career built on managing risk, budgets, and people. I’d like to put these skills to work for Audi Club North America.  

My passion for the brand runs deep. When I ordered my 2018 S5 Sportback, I picked it up through European Delivery and drove it straight to the Nürburgring for a three-day private track event with fellow enthusiasts, then spent two more weeks touring Europe with my son. That trip captured what I love most about this community: pushing a car — and yourself — to new limits, and the friendships that come with it. I drag race that same (now heavily modified) S5 regularly and try to make at least one HPDE event or cruise each year with a supercar club based in Sweden. I’ve kept the S5 and it is my daily driver. We’ve had several Audis since then; my wife currently drives a 2025 SQ5.  

I’ve done most of that without a local chapter behind me. Anchorage has had no ACNA presence, so I know firsthand what it’s like to stay engaged from the outside looking in. I’ve recently learned that a few other Audi owners here are already working to get a chapter started, and I’m glad to see it happening. That’s exactly the kind of grassroots effort I want to support if elected.  

That experience shapes what I want to bring to the board. I’d like to help members in chapter-less regions find better ways to connect, whether through easier chapter-startup support, virtual programming, or events built with distance and travel in mind. I’m also eager to champion winter driving and ice racing programming; Alaska is a natural home for it, and I think cold-weather events could be a great addition to the calendar for northern climates everywhere.  

I’d be honored to bring my business background and the perspective of a remote, chapter-less member to the national board, and to help ACNA grow stronger for enthusiasts wherever they’re located.  

  

Chandran Rajaratnam, Northwest Chapter

Hi, I have been active in many car clubs over the years. Specifically, I am a past president of the Connecticut Valley Chapter of the Porsche Club. I chaired the club race for one year and was the concours chair of the Club’s annual parade when it was held in Portland, OR. I was active in the DE program and was a track driving instructor. When I lived in the Chicago area, I enjoyed the autocross events hosted by the Audi Club where I participated with my VW GTI.  

I am a lifelong car enthusiast. Specifically for Audi and Porsche. I’ve owned 14 new Audis starting with the 1990 Audi V8 and currently have a 2026 RS 3 and a 2026 S e-tron GT. In the Portland, Oregon area, the Audi Club seems to have fewer activities compared to MBCA, PCA and BMWCCA. I would like to help increase that activity and coordinate with the local dealers to participate. I have purchased new Audis from three different Oregon dealers and is known as the local “car nut”.  

On a similar note, I would like the opportunity to enhance the Audi Clubs presence in any areas in the country that aren’t holding events and activities to tie the Audi enthusiast community together for the camaraderie and social interaction that follow.  

My career has included various sales, marketing, management and financial roles, and I am eager to help wherever I can in the Club to enhance membership and participation.
