Spied: Audi e-tron GT on the Nürburgring

Our photographers have been busy lately. Aside from the capturing the RS 3 sedan on the Nürburgring, they also spotted the Audi e-tron GT out testing there. Audi had two prototypes of the e-tron GT testing on and around the Nürburgring but both cars still wearing the same amount of camouflage.

The Audi E-Tron GT is based on the same platform as the Porsche Taycan and will most likely also share the same battery capacity. When the concept was revealed, Audi talked about a power figure closer to 600 horsepower but we are sure there will be at least two versions with different power.

And as we can see, not just the platform is shared with the Porsche Taycan but also the look with the sleek sporty body. The production version will stay very true to the concept as it seems.

We all know that the Porsche Taycan will also come as a wagon called the Cross Turismo, dare we hope for an shooting brake version of the e-tron GT as well ?

Earlier talks mentioned a debut in spring 2020 for the e-tron GT but we are more expecting a debut in the last quarter of 2020 or early 2021 due to delays related to the Corona virus.
