Though Audi’s new all-electric crossover hitting the market this spring is known simply as “e-tron”, the car is simply the latest and likely most successful in a long line of e-tron models. Speaking of models, that range is exemplified in a series of scale model cars from Audi collection.
Given the all-new redesigned quattro magazine from Audi Club now adds a Choice Gear Scale Models spread to its list of recurring quarterly features, we’ve decided to assemble an e-tron specific list for fans of Audi’s electric an plugin hybridized models currently offered at dealerships or online from Audi collection.
1:18 Audi e-tron
This is the big dog in more ways than one. It’s the only 1:18 scale in the mix, and it’s the upcoming e-tron crossover that will put Audi firmly on the map in the electric segment. This one’s in Antigua Blue, and for the moment only available in the German Audi collection store on Audi.de (HERE). We expect it to join the American Audi collection store sometime soon (HERE).
1:43 Audi Sport e-tron FE04 di Grassi
Lucas Di Grassi netted Audi a championship in 2017, and so in 2018 his Audi e-tron FE04 racecar wore the number 1. This scale model of that car is available both from Audi Germany (HERE) and Audi USA (HERE).
1:43 Audi R8 e-tron
Though it was never sold in the USA, the second-generation Audi R8 e-tron did make it into very limited production. Here it is in the same blue color shown when the car was first revealed. Given it was never offered in the USA, you won’t be surprised to learn that this model is only offered via Audi Germany (HERE).
1:43 Audi A3 e-tron
HEREThis scale model of the pre-facelift A3 e-tron (Sportback) has been around for a while, and in as much it’s on sale via Audi Germany ().
