Audi Sport Celebrates 10 Years of Touring Car Racing With the RS 3 LMS TCR

The Audi RS 3 LMS made its debut for the TCR series back in 2016, followed by the second generation race car in 2021. Audi sport racing customers have scored success around the globe with over 650 race wins and 150 titles. In addition, the TCR race car from Audi Sport customer racing was also crowned as the “TCR Model of the Year” four times in 2018, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

The Audi RS 3 LMS TCR is a front-wheel-drive touring car built for global TCR competition, based on the RS 3 road car but powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine producing around 340 hp. It features a 6-speed sequential gearbox, full race-spec safety and aero components, and can hit 0–60 mph in about 4.5 seconds with a top speed near 162 mph.

Designed for customer racing, it’s known for being cost-effective, reliable, and competitive. The latest Gen II model debuted in 2021 with upgraded aerodynamics, cooling, and ergonomics, and continues to be a strong presence in TCR series worldwide.
