Winner Announced for the Audi Club North America Progress Through Service Volunteer Award

We’re thrilled to announce that Lars Finderup of the Georgia Chapter, has been selected as the recipient of the Audi Club North America Progress Through Service Volunteer Award.

This honor celebrates an ACNA member’s exceptional volunteer contributions to their chapter and the club, with nominations submitted by fellow ACNA volunteers and the winner selected by the National Club’s Membership & Nomination Committee. As part of this recognition, Lars will receive complimentary registration for ACNA’s Seefeld Winter Driving Experience in Tirol, Austria.

Over the past six years, Lars has made a lasting impact on the Georgia Chapter. Much of what the members enjoy today is the direct result of his vision, leadership, and willingness to invest his time and energy into making every event and experience better than the last. Behind every successful event are countless hours of planning, brainstorming, troubleshooting, and attention to detail, and Lars has consistently been at the center of those efforts, always looking for ways to improve the member experience. He takes the time to welcome new members, share his knowledge, and help everyone feel like they belong, understanding that what makes this club special is not just the cars, but the friendships and community built around them. From helping shape Quattro de Mayo into the signature event it is today to creating meaningful experiences throughout the year, Lars embodies the spirit of volunteer service, and we are honored to recognize his outstanding contributions with this well-deserved award.
