Hello again Audi aficionados! Thank you for reading another Auction Watch where we’ve done the internet searching for you. We’ve checked multiple online car auction sites looking for Audi models worthy of your bids. Typically each Thursday we post those listings calling out a car’s highlights and include a few pictures and a link to the listing. Our goal is to help you find that certain Audi that you’re looking for in time for you to bid on it.
We’re back from the IMSA race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway which is a unique place. I think the name should end with stadium though because that’s what it really looks like from the outside and feels like on the inside. Good speed was with the #7 Audi RS 3 LMS of Celso Neto and Ryan Eversley in the Michelin Pilot Challenge race. Running well throughout the race they came home in second place. In auction action while we were gone the world’s fastest Audi, a 1993 Audi S4, listed on Pcarmarket but sadly only had a single bid for $35k. It’s still on Pcarmarket’s Marketplace with an asking price of $50,000.
Now onto this week’s auction listings which get off to a fast start with an R8 V10 plus Spyder, an RS 7, an SQ5, and an S5 Coupe all with auctions ending today. Also on the fast end of this week’s offerings are two RS 4s, two B9 RS 5s (one a Competition Coupe), an RS 6 Avant, and a V8-equipped R8 Coupe. Two classic models that tie into Tuesday’s blog post about the Audi Tradition survey are two 2004 A4, a rare Ultra Sport and the yellow Avant pictured above. If you’re looking for something roomier, there’s my pick of the week, a 2007 S8 with a V10 engine, and an A8 L equipped with the even bigger W12 engine. This 2021 RS 7 previously sold on BaT in mid-August for $82,500 but the winning bidder failed to follow through with the purchase. It’s Daytona Gray with Black Optics over black, has 10,000 miles, and is well-equipped. Carfax reports minor damage to the right rear, roof, left side, and left rear in September 2024. Bid quickly, this auction ends 10.02.2025 at 2:17 PM EDT.
2015 Audi SQ5 (128,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends mid-PM today! No Reserve. This sporty SUV is finished in Mythos Black metallic over an interior that features Black/Magma Red Fine Nappa leather seats, Carbon Atlas trim, a Technology package, and B&O sound. The supercharged 3.0L V6 is factory rated at 354HP/346 lb-ft and bolts to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents or damage.
2014 Audi S5 Coupe (31,500 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends mid-PM today! The listing states this coupe is painted gorgeous Misano Red pearl and I can’t argue with that as I have one like this! But this example has a 6-speed manual attached to its 3.0L supercharged V6 (333HP/325 lb-ft), and also has the optional Sport diff. It has a black interior with leather/Alcantara seats, brushed aluminum trim, and an Audi MMI Navigation Plus package. It does have some wears-n-tear for its 11 years, please see the listing Known Flaws section and photos for details. Carfax reports four owners and no accidents or damage.
2018 Audi R8 V10 plus Spyder (6,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends mid-PM today! The listing says the paint color is silver, the window sticker says it’s an Audi Exclusive color, and the comments say it’s a 1 of 1 Porsche GT Silver metallic. The black soft top is over an Audi Exclusive Classic Red leather interior (a $24,150 option) with a Sport seats package with contrasting stitching, and B&O sound. It also came with dynamic steering and 20” wheel package. In plus spec the 5.2L V10 is Audi rated at 602HP/413 lb-ft and it pairs with a 7-speed S tronic. Carfax reports two owners, two auction sales in 2020, and no accidents or damage.
2012 Audi S5 Cabriolet (88,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This Prestige trim-level drophead coupe is triple black (Phantom Black pearl, black soft top, and black Milano leather). That black interior has neck-level heating on the seats, brushed aluminum trim, 12-speaker B&O sound, Audi Side Assist blind-spot monitoring, and the rearview camera was replaced in April 2024. The 3.0L supercharged V6, factory rated at 333HP/325 lb-ft when new, pairs well with a 7-speed S tronic. Carfax reports no accidents/damage but you may want to ask about the engine oil/fluid leak that was checked on 5/30/2025 and see photos 183-191.
2007 Audi S8 (40,000 Miles)

Another V10-powered Audi but this time in sporty sedan form. In this installation the 5.2L V10 is Audi rated at 450HP/398 lb-ft and connects to a 6-speed Tiptronic. The exterior is listed as gray and the black interior features black and silver Valcona leather seats, gray Birch wood trim, an Alcantara package, a power rear sunshade, and B&O sound. Carfax reports three owners, a CPO sale to owner #3, and no accidents or damage.
2023 Audi S3 (23,500 Miles)

This small sedan was originally delivered in Ontario, Canada, but is now for sale in California. The colors are Navarre Blue metallic outside (although the Monroney Label calls it Turbo Blue), black inside with Nappa leather seats and B&O 3D sound. The 2.0L turbocharged I4, factory rated at 290HP/295 lb-ft, bolts to a 7-speed S tronic. The Carfax report is clean.
2008 Audi RS 4 (37,500 Miles)

The dark pictures don’t show this Daytona Gray pearl fast sedan very well, especially the black interior with Nappa leather Recaro front seats, carbon fiber trim, Audi Navigation Plus, and a 6-CD stereo with Bose sound. The 4.2L V8 is a replacement done under warranty by Audi in May 2014; a 6-speed manual and quattro complete the drivetrain. Please read the listing for work done under current ownership and see the Listing’s Comments section to understand the ownership history. Carfax reports an accident with another vehicle in January 2013 resulting in damage to the rear.
2018 Audi S5 Sportback (54,000 Miles)

The 3.0L turbocharged V6 in this Canadian-spec Navarra Blue metallic sportback is enhanced with a lowered suspension, an ECS Tuning tune, a CTS Tuning air intake, and an aftermarket exhaust. Although there are no details on the suspension or ECS mods in the listing or the comments when reviewed. The black interior has Nappa leather seats with Rock Gray stitching, carbon fiber trim, a Driver Assistance package, and B&O sound. Carfax reports minor damage in July 2023 but no further details. See listing photos 53 and 54 for the obvious damage.
2014 Audi Q5 TDI (74,500 Miles)

No Reserve. This shade of black is Phantom Black pearl and it shows its age in a few places. It’s also an S Line Plus package exterior. The black interior has leather seats, a panoramic sunroof, and Audi Concert stereo. The 3.0L V6 turbodiesel, Audi rated at 240HP/428 lb-ft, seems to be low on coolant in the photo below and see service note in listing photo 94 about the coolant. Carfax reports one owner and an accident in June 2018 but no further details. The seller states the exhaust pipe was replaced as a result.
2007 Audi RS 4 (86,000 Miles)

This Phantom Black pearl fast sedan was purchased off BaT by the seller in September 2022 for $29,750. Work done since then includes replacing the Dynamic Ride Control with Bilstein B14 PSS coilovers. Please read the listing for more work completed. The black cabin has Silk Nappa leather Recaro front seats (the driver’s seat back is reattached with glue), carbon fiber trim, a broken glovebox hinge, and a 6-CD stereo with Bose sound. The 4.2L V8 (420HP/317 lb-ft) had intake valve carbon cleaning done in October 2023 and spins a 6-speed manual. Carfax reports four owners and no accidents or damage.
2023 Audi RS 5 Competition Coupe (2,000 Miles)

This Nardo Gray coupe was already fast and an optional Competition Package made it even faster. Top speed is now limited to 180 MPH and new parts include Sport Direct Steering, an RS sport exhaust, front ceramic brakes, and coilovers with sport sway bars. The 2.9L twin-turbo V6 remains rated at 444HP/443 lb-ft and it bolts to a ZF-sourced 8-speed Tiptronic. The black interior has Pearl Nappa leather/Dinamica seats, red stitching and seatbelt edging, matte carbon fiber trim, Audi MMI Navigation Plus, and B&O sound. The Carfax report is clean.
2022 Audi RS 5 Sportback (54,000 Miles)

Those 20″ bronze five-spoke milled wheels are your first clue that this Sportback is equipped with an Audi Exclusive bronze styling package, a $12k option. It’s also equipped with Dynamic, RS Driver Assistance and Navigation packages plus dynamic steering. The exterior is Glacier White metallic with black rings/badging, the black interior has Rock Gray stitching, carbon fiber inlays, Audi MMI Touch infotainment and Navigation Plus, and adaptive cruise control. The twin-turbo 2.9L V6 is factory rated at 444HP/442 lb-ft and bolts to a ZF-sourced 8-speed Tiptronic. The Carfax report is clean.
2004 Audi A4 Ultra Sport (187,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This is only the second or third A4 we’ve seen on Auction Watch equipped with the Ultra Sport package which includes a sport suspension with a lower ride height. And Carfax reports it’s a one-owner example with no accidents or damage but it has had a few body parts replaced (trunk lid in 2013 and the front-left fender in 2015). Please read the listing for other items serviced. The exterior is Light Silver metallic, the interior is black with Ebony leather seats, Premium, Infotainment, Lighting, and Cold Weather packages, Weather Tech floormats in front, and a loose headliner. The turbocharged 1.8L I4 was factory rated at 170HP/166 lb-ft when new; a 6-speed manual, Torsen center diff, and quattro complete the drivetrain.
2015 Audi A8 L W12 (40,000 Miles)

This Audi flagship is finished in Phantom Black pearl over a black interior with an Executive Rear Seat Package and up front are heated/ventilated seats, Assam Gray Vavona wood trim, an Alcantara headliner, a top-view camera system, and B&O sound. The massive 6.3L W12 was factory rated at 500HP/463 lb-ft when new and pairs with an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports two owners, no accidents or damage but very little service is listed during owner #2’s tenure.
2009 Audi A6 Avant (88,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This long roof is painted Oyster Gray metallic; in fact, the right side was repainted to address scratches. The black interior has leather seats, wood trim, and a glove box mounted CD changer with Bose sound. It rolls on 18” Liquid Metal wheels. Please read the listing’s Known Flaws section for items that should be addressed. The 3.0L supercharged V6, rated at 300HP/310 lb-ft when new, connects to a 6-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents/damage.
2015 Audi S7 (97,000 Miles)

A full-size sportback in Quartz Gray metallic with Black Optics is on offer next. It’s well-equipped with Prestige, Sport, and Cold Weather packages. The black interior has Valcona leather seats, layered aluminum/black wood inlays, adaptive cruise control, and Bose sound. The 4.0L twin-turbo V8, (420HP/406 lb-ft) exhales into an AWE Tuning muffler delete and ECS exhaust tips. A 7-speed S tronic, Sport diff, and quattro complete the drivetrain. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
2004 Audi A4 Avant (182,000 Miles)

This classic long roof is listed as yellow (which isn’t listed as one of the standard colors available) over black and is a perfect example as to why Audi Tradition should make parts to support the model. It needs a few bits to look much better. The years and mileage are reflected in some interior wear and some refinished exterior panels, please read the listing for details. The black interior has optional power leather seats, an Audi Symphony CD/cassette stereo with optional Bose sound, and a pinned-up sagging headliner. The 1.8L I4 had significant service to replace rod bearing, timing belt, and more, see listing photos #143-145. Carfax reports damage to the front in July 2024 but no further details. It rolls on some very curbed optional 17” 6-spoke wheels.
2009 Audi R8 Coupe (48,500 Miles)

This early R8 is painted Phantom Black pearl which looks to have been paint corrected; it has body-colored side blades. The Audi Exclusive interior is two-tone black and red leather and has some wear, Audi Parking System Plus with a rearview camera, B&O sound, and an integrated Escort radar detector system. The 4.2L V8, factory rated at 420HP/17 lb-ft, exhales into an Avior Performance exhaust, and spins a 6-speed manual. Carfax reports the left rear of the car sustained very minor damage in March 2016. The seller states the rear bumper cover was repaired under prior ownership.
2022 Audi RS 6 Avant (28,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This halo long roof is finished in Ultra Blue Metallic, wears some ppf (see listing photo 128), and has a Carbon Optic package. The black interior has Valcona leather seats with red stitching, Executive, Driver Assistance, and Red RS Design packages. The twin-turbo 4.0L V8 (591HP/590 lb-ft) had its starter/alternator and 12-volt battery replaced in August 2025. A set of 22″ wheels with Continental winter tires also accompany the car along with a roof rack in its unopened box. The Carfax report is clean.
2015 Audi RS 5 Coupe (42,000 Miles)

This Suzuka Gray metallic coupe is from the final model year of this generation RS 5. Drivetrain: a N/A 4.2L V8 (K&N air filters and sport exhaust) factory rated at 450HP/317 lb-ft, a 7-speed S tronic, Sport diff, and quattro. The black interior has Milano leather seats, carbon fiber trim, Audi MMI infotainment with Navigation Plus, adaptive cruise control, B&O sound, and a service-due indicator comes on at startup. The seller states it’s related to a reprogramming campaign regarding California emissions requirements. There is a Service Campaign, 37P1, for the ECM TCM software that hasn’t been done.
2002 Audi TT Roadster 225 (12,000 Miles)

No Reserve. Low mileage, only three owners, and in rarely seen Brilliant White, what’s not to like about this Mark I? The interior has Aviator Gray leather seats and an Audi Concert CD stereo with Bose sound. But the power-operated rear windscreen gets stuck in its down position. The turbocharged 1.8L I4 (225HP/207 lb-ft) had its timing belt, water pump, and thermostat were replaced in June 2024 and spins a 6-speen manual. The Carfax report is clean but the seller tells us that the coolant temperature gauge is inaccurate.
