Then, weekly in Auction Watch, we’ll post a short description with key data, a few pictures, and a link to the listing. We hope to help you find the Audi you’re looking for in time to bid on it.
My pick of the week is the 1986 Coupe GT with 76,000 miles. It had been stored for a period accounting for the low-ish miles, and it needs a bit of work/detailing, but think how cool it will look at your local car gatherings. But a highly modified 1991 200 Avant and a 9,300 mile RS 4 Cabriolet are close second picks. We’re seeing a burst of TDI models, three Gen 1 Q7s in two weeks as well as a Q5 and an A8 L. And they’re all listed with no Reserve. Please check out these and the rest of this week’s many listings below.
2013 Audi RS 5 Coupe (21,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends late afternoon. No Reserve. A low mileage example of the 1st gen RS 5 powered by a 4.2L V8, factory rated at 450HP/317 lb-ft, and connected to a 7-speed S tronic and sport diff. The Panther Black Crystal Effect up front is covered with ppf and it pairs well with a Titanium package and tinted windows. The black cabin has leather/Alcantara seats and carbon fiber trim. Mods include an AWE Track Extreme cat-back exhaust, H&R springs, 20” ADV.1 three-piece wheels, carbon fiber exterior accents, and a PedalBox. The Carfax report is clean.
2010 Audi Q7 TDI (65,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends early evening. No Reserve. A bit of a Déjà vu here but last week’s Q7 TDI was Atlantis Blue, this one’s just listed as black. It’s over a black interior with leather seats and walnut trim. The drivetrain is a 3.0L turbodiesel V6 (240HP/406 lb-ft) mated to a 6-speed Tiptronic. The listing doesn’t mention this, but per Audi’s VIN look-up, the Dieselgate modification/recall was done on January 12, 2019, at 58,510 miles. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
1986 Audi Coupe GT (76,000 Miles)

The 2.2L I5 under the hood has a Bosch mechanical fuel injection, is factory rated at 110HP/122 lb-ft, and mates to a 3-speed automatic. Please read the listing for engine work done in 2016-17. Colors are Tornado Red outside and black with light gray velour seats and door panels inside. Carfax reports no accidents/damage but has a gap in entries from October 1999 to February 2016 (storage period per the seller) with the most recent entry in September 2017. The A/C doesn’t work and it needs tires.
2021 Audi Q7 (20,000 Miles)

That gray shade is Samurai Gray and it goes well with the Black Optic package. Inside, the voluminous black interior has Prestige-level trim goodies plus Executive and Convenience packages complete with power-folding third row seating. Drivetrain is a 3.0L turbocharged V6 with 48-volt mild hybrid system (rated 335HP/369 lb-ft by Audi) and an 8-speed Tiptronic. It also has a clean Carfax report.
2014 Audi Q7 TDI (55,000 Miles)

No Reserve. Night Black covers the exterior while the interior is black with Espresso Brown leather seats, Warm and Cold Weather packages, Bose Surround sound, wood trim, and a white headliner. The 3.0L turbodiesel V6 is still factory rated at 240HP/406 lb-ft but by this model year it’s mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Per a pictured sticker, the Dieselgate recall was done in October 2019. Carfax reports minor damage to the front in September 2019.
2016 Audi Q5 TDI (29,000 Miles)

No Reserve. Another diesel burner, smaller in overall size but still with the 3.0L turbodiesel, rated at 240HP/428 lb-ft, and again mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic. It’s gray over black and the cabin has optional Sport front seats and B&O sound. The Carfax report is clean but there’s a 20k mile service gap. A bulb-out warning light is illuminated; new tires and rear brake pads and discs were installed for the sale.
2011 Audi R8 V10 Spyder (4,800 Miles)

Low mileage and déjà vu all over again. How many Brilliant Red over Luxor Beige R8 Spyders can there be? This car sold on BaT in May 2022 for $111K. Its 525HP/391 lb-ft 5.2L V10 mates to a 6-speed R tronic that had its control module replaced in July 2021 to address an internal leak. It has a clean Carfax report but those tires must be at least 12 years old.
2008 Audi RS 4 Cabriolet (39,000 Miles)

Triple black: Phantom Black pearl with a black soft top over a black interior with silver-piped Nappa leather Recaro seats and aluminum trim. The 4.2L V8 (420HP/317 lb-ft) has an intermittent fault with the bank 2 intake runner flap noted on a June 2022 service record. A 6-speed manual completes the drivetrain; it’s also still equipped with its Dynamic Ride Control. The Carfax report is clean.
2008 Audi RS 4 (78,000 Miles)

Now for the sedan version of the model above in Avus Silver pearl paint. The car is essentially the same but with these mods: revised ECU tuning, a JHM stainless-steel exhaust, 19” HRE FF01 wheels, H&R coilovers, a JHM short-throw shifter, an R8 steering wheel, and a Pioneer touchscreen head unit linked to an Alpine amplifier, Focal speakers, and a JL Audio subwoofer. It also has an Audi exclusive black/Crimson Red Nappa leather seating and door cards. The Carfax report is clean.
1991 Audi 200 Avant (140,000 Miles)

No Reserve. A sleeper here, the 2.2L I5 was tuned for 25psi maximum boost in March 2022 by EFI Motorsport of Somersworth, NH, hence there’s a long list of mods to read about in the listing. This Indigo Mica long roof’s chassis is also enhanced with a 2Bennett Audimotive strut bar, Bilstein dampers, H&R lowering springs, and Brembo front brake calipers. The Travertine interior with leather seats look good for its age. Carfax does report an accident with another motor vehicle in February 1997 but there are no further details.
2016 Audi A8 L TDI (67,000 Miles)

No Reserve. Ibis White covers the exterior of this limo while inside wood-trimmed black cabin are diamond-stitched Valcona leather Comfort Sport front seats (with massage) and rear seats. The 3.0L turbodiesel V6, factory rated at 240HP/428 lb-ft, had the emission recall done prior to first ownership. An 8-speed Tiptronic completes the drivetrain. A clean Carfax report too.
2001 Audi TT Roadster 225 (Total Mileage Unknown)

No Reserve. The turbocharged 1.8L I4 (225HP/207 lb-ft) spins a 6-speed manual and had its timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket, and vacuum lines replaced in May 2022; the battery was replaced in December 2022. The paint is Brilliant Black, the top is black, and the leather seats are Ebony. A replacement instrument cluster was installed in 2008, hence the TMU but the digital odometer currently shows 57k miles. Pixels are missing on the center LCD display and please read the listing for its other flaws, but the car does have a clean Carfax.
2008 Audi RS 4 Cabriolet (9,300 Miles)

Something for your collection? This 1-owner cab is said to have been displayed as Audi’s show car for the 2008 Los Angeles International Auto Show. That color is specially-ordered Daytona Matte Gray with a black top (with new hydraulics) over a black leather interior with silver stitching and carbon fiber trim. The drivetrain and chassis are all OEM and it looks perfect except for a small dent above the right side RS 4 badge on the rear quarter panel. A clean Carfax report, of course.
2021 Audi e-tron Sportback (8,000 Miles)

The Mythos Black metallic exterior and Black Optic Package are complemented nicely by the only mod—tinted windows—on this well-equipped and stylish EV. It’s also black inside with Volcano Gray ash wood interior trim, heated/ventilated/massaging front seats, heated rear seats, and B&O 3D sound. Drive comes from two electric motors putting 355HP/414 lf-ft to the wheels, 402HP/490 lb-ft with boost. Clean Carfax report.
2012 Audi A8 L W12 (33,000 Miles)

No one can deny that’s an eye-catching interior, it’s an Audi Exclusive Crimson Red leather with white contrast stitching contacted by black and aluminum trim. And it has a W12 Executive Rear Seat Package. Under the white hood lies the 6.3L W12 and it spins an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports an accident that likely occurred between June 2013 and August 2014 with no further information provided.
2015 Audi Q7 (63,000 Miles)

One owner. A supercharged 3.0L V6 (333HP/325 lb-ft) powers this Gen 1 family truckster. A Prestige trim level, inside it has heated/ventilated front Comfort seats, split-folding second-row bench, and folding third-row seats upholstered in black leather with perforated inserts. Carbon-fiber trim gilds the center console, dash, and doors. Outside it’s Scuba Blue metallic with the Sport Style Plus Package. Carfax reports no accidents or damage but neither does it report any service history.
