A few days ago we published shots of a more extreme RS 6 Avant spied testing. With manufacturer test days going on at the Nürburgring, the car has popped up again and this time video was captures by the Automotive Mike YouTube channel. Watch it below with the volume up.
We’re also starting to call this car the RS 6 GT. While we were thinking it might shift to RS 7 nomenclature, more recent model reveals by Audi suggest it will retain the “RS 6” name. As for GT, we’re seeing it used more and more in the press, and one of our sources is hinting that the car may use the nomenclature. Though never used on the RS 6, GT as it was used in with the R8 meant the ultimate final performance model. That seems fitting here.
