We’ve seen official photos of the S7 Sportback (TDI for the EU) and spy shots of the RS 7 testing in the snow but we haven’t seen the RS 7 in action…until now thanks to Automotive Mike.
There hasn’t been any official word of the power plant for the new RS 7 but we wouldn’t be surprise if it shared the twin turbo 4.0 V8 of the Porsche Panamera. It sure sounds like it from the video. Also noticed are the larger fender bulges…making an already wide A7 even wider.
While there hasn’t been any official word on the powerplant, it most likely will share the twin-turbo 650hp V8 as its stablemate, the RS 6 Avant although that hasn’t been confirmed either. In the meantime, enjoy the video and remember to turn up the volume.
