Spy Photo: Lamborghini Urus PHEV Winter Testing

We have some new photos of the electrified Urus and this time, the Urus PHEV was seen testing in the cold close to the Arctic Circle performing its winter test.

Once again we can see the different front end with a different bumper, hood and head lights. Its still a mystery why Lamborghini decided to change the front end so much compared to the regular Urus models but they will surely have their reason.

As we have speculated before, Lamborghini will share the plug-in hybrid technology with Porsche. At this point we don’t know what power output they will use; if they go equal with Porsche or slightly more power. Some rumors suggest the Urus PHEV will get as much as 820 horsepower but in that case, we think there will be two versions. One with the 4.0 liter twin-turbo V8 paired with an electric motor giving a total output of around 675 horsepower and one with the monster power of 820 hp.
