Future ACFL Events

Hey Folks,

We have already started the year with the ACFL Board of Directors Luncheon followed by a visit to the track for Roar Before the 24 with 26 people attending among 21 Audis.  Some pictures in the link, and more are on the Facebook page.

February 15th-17th the Jacksonville International Auto Show will take place.  Audi of Jacksonville will participate, they are working on some specialty never seen before cars in addition to some cool cars for the show.  https://jaxautoshow.com/

Quattro de Mayo registration is open. It will take place May 2nd -5th at Unicoi State Park in Helen, GA. Spots are limited, sign up and get your lodging reservations soon. This one always fills up quickly.    https://quattrodemayo.com/

Oktoberfest in Gainesville to benefit the Ronald McDonald House in Late September, more information when available.

This years national event is on our side of the country in Leesburg, VA at the Lansdowne Resort and Spa, hosted by the Potomac Chesapeake Chapter.

We will plan on doing another Key West Drive this year and make it an annual event. We had great sponsors, gave away a bunch of swag, and plan on doing it again this year.

November 16th Audi Club of Florida will be a sponsor of FixxFest in Bradenton, FL. More details to follow as I get it planned with them.

These are just a few events, but a good sampling of different opportunities available with Audi Club North America and Audi Club of Florida.

As you know from the last newsletter, I have relieved Bob Greving as President of Audi Club of Florida. Bob remains on the Board of Directors and serves as treasurer. Frank Oliver stepped down as treasurer, we appreciate his years of service and will see him around. Kerry Green is now also enjoying his retirement, we appreciate his years of service and we will see him around also. I took his place as the First Coast Region representative many moons ago, and working on administrating this website.

I am still getting things set up and switched over, so give me a couple of days if you have suggestions or input. My club email should be active in the next couple of days.
