In the B9 era, SQ5s with custom Audi exclusive paint aren’t especially common. So, when we find one for sale, it’s usually worth a mention. In this case, a Merlin Purple example has popped up in used inventory at Audi North Miami.
As Audi prepared for B9 production, all world production of Q5 and SQ5 derivatives moved to their then new San Jose Chiapa plant in Mexico. Audi exclusive paint wasn’t initially available, and even once it was we can deduce it must not be as common as other plants given we simply don’t see many come up for sale.
In this case, it’s a 2020 model year SQ5 in the aforementioned Merlin Purple hue and paired with Rotor Gray seats. It’s got a relatively low 26,605 miles on the odometer and seems fairly priced at $36,700. Check out more information over at Audi North Miami.
