Find of the Day: Imola Yella 2001 S4 Avant on Cars & Bids with One Day Left

The 1999-2002 B5 S4 Avant is one of few Audi enthusiast cars still seeing its values increase, according to the collector vehicle valuation site Classic.com. According to their own data, aggregated from sales on auction sites around the world, the average B5 S4 is currently trading at a little over $16,000. We found a tastefully modded, higher-mileage 2001 example listed at online auction site carsandbids.com with one day left on the auction. Finished in desirable Imola Yellow with black leather and silver Alcantara interior, the high bid at publication was $10,360.

With 184,000 miles on the odometer, this example from Derry, NH is not the lowest-mileage S4 Avant to come up for sale, but it carries an extensive service history and the overall condition of the vehicle inside and out suggests it was well kept by a very conscientious owner. A short list of performance modifications includes a Unitronic stage 1 ECU tune paired with a Neuspeed cat-back exhaust system. The interior has also been thoughtfully enhanced with an RS4 steering wheel and piano black dash trim. The CD changer has also been replaced with a PhatNoise hard-drive MP3 system.

The auction ends on June 8th. Check out the full details and maybe throw down a bid at carsandbids.com.
