Find of the Day: 1-Owner B7 RS4 Is the Audi Super Sedan You Have Been Waiting For

Muscular looks, a six-speed manual transmission, quattro all-wheel drive and a glorious naturally aspirated 4.2L V8 are just a few of the highlights of the B7 Audi RS4. The 2008 example pictured here is looking for just its second owner ever and is listed on Bring a Trailer right now.

The B7 Audi RS4 needs no introduction, but this would be a very short article if we didn’t give you one so here it is. You get a stonking V8 that makes 420 horsepower and all the right sounds as it spins to 8,000 rpm. 60 mph arrives in around 4.5 seconds which is still plenty quick in 2025. Quattro all-wheel drive offers copious amounts of grip no matter what the weather conditions. And the exterior has a chiseled body that would make an NFL linebacker jealous. The interior is classic Audi with high quality materials and a simple and serious design.

Enthusiast Owned

These cars are amazing. Any running example is worth buying but this one is a little extra special. A common saying when shopping for used cars is that you are buying the seller not the car. And in this case the seller is a true Audi enthusiast. He purchased the car brand new and put all of the 121K miles on it himself. The car has been garaged since day one. The only exception being when it was being driven on multi-day Audi events such as Quattro de Mayo. If you are not familiar with the fantastic Quattro de Mayo event, click HERE to learn more.

Now back to the auction. This car was well taken care of, but accidents do happen. There is a 2010 accident listed on the Carfax. Repairs involved replacing the left rear door shell, left rear wheel, left bodyside molding, and various other components as well as repairing and repainting the left front door shell and left rocker panel. Today there is a crack in the windshield and a dent on the driver’s rear door. The only other issue mentioned is a slight oil leak. None of these things would keep us from bidding on a chance to own this car. This is a perfect driver quality car that you can buy and enjoy from day one.

Audi no longer offers any cars with a manual transmission. They no longer offer any naturally aspirated V8s. If you want an Audi that combines these two excellent traits, you need to go back in history and grab yourself a classic Audi. This one would be an excellent choice. Bidding ends on Tuesday, November 25.
