AWE Tuning has been around since 1991 and in that time, has become a name in the aftermarket for Audi. This item is the S-FLO Carbon Intake system for Audi 8V/MK 3 TT RS (SKU: GRP-ITK-AU8VRS325T). The largest constant diameter intake system on the planet for the 8V RS 3 and MK3 TT RS. Colossal 4.5″ intake tube, 30% increase in filter surface area compared to stock, and a completely modular design four-stage upgrade path from one single system. 4.5″ to 4″ couplers also available to accommodate aftermarket turbo inlet pipes.
Designed, engineered, and tested in-house at AWE, they are available as S-FLO Carbon Inlet Tube, S-FLO Shortie Carbon Intake (open element), S-FLO Open Carbon Intake System (open element), and S-FLO Closed Carbon Intake System. The S-FLO Closed Carbon Intake System is optimized to capture significant amount of ram air over stock, and allows the entire air filter to be utilized. Max gains for the S-FLO Closed Carbon intake system with Stage 1+ software is 17hp and 7ft-lbs of torque at the wheels while the S-FLO Open Carbon Intake System with Stage 1+ software is 7hp and 3ft-lbs of torque at the wheels. Its completely modular designs allows multiple configuration options and an upgrade path.
The intake system features the washable and (importantly) oil-free high flow S-FLO filter. It is the perfect integration for OEM inlet ducting and retains the stock mounting locations for that OE fit.
