Silvercar by Audi, Audi’s premium rental car service, has earned the no. 1 rating from the Condé Nast Traveler 2021 Readers’ Choice Awards, the top rating based on readers’ experience with the company. Businesses were rated on a combination of service, vehicle selection, vehicle availability, rental locations, and overall satisfaction.
After businesses were rated, Condé Nast Traveler, a top luxury and lifestyle travel magazine, calculated the ratings into a total score based on a standard five-point scale converted to a percentage: excellent, very good, good, fair, and poor. Silvercar by Audi came in the no. 1 spot with an overall score of 92.94 – an excellent rating.

Silvercar by Audi is a premium rental car service with a fleet consisting entirely of Audi vehicles. Silvercar prides itself on customer loyalty, and currently maintains an NPS of 84 (surveyed using Delighted by Qualtrics) – a score five times better than the rental car industry as a whole. In addition, in late 2020, Silvercar by Audi announced the expansion of the brand’s U.S. mobility solutions with the availability of Silvercar by Audi at participating Audi dealerships, providing a new way for more existing customers to enjoy the premium Audi experience in their neighborhood.
Customers are able to choose from a range of Audi sedans and SUVs to meet their particular travel needs, including the latest Audi Q7, Q5, A5 and A4 models. Onboard Wi-Fi is included for passenger use, along with GPS navigation, and SiriusXM satellite radio – at no additional cost. All Silvercar customers will continue to benefit from no mileage restrictions and no fees for car seat rentals.
