In 40 years of quattro, we’ve seen some fantastic production cars and some otherworldly concept cars…this is one of them. This is the Audi RS 6 GTO Concept. It was created with ideas from the apprentices at Audi Neckarsulm and designed by Marc Litche and his team. As the name suggests, it is inspired by the Audi 90 quattro IMSA GTO that ruled the American IMSA GTO racing series.
The 40 number on the side is not just to acknowledge 40 Years of quattro but is a throwback nod to the number 4 that was on the side of Hans Stuck and Walter Rohrl’s Audi 90 quattro IMSA GTO. Hats off to the apprentices at Audi Neckarsulm.
