Hello again Audi aficionados! Thank you for clicking on another edition of Auction Watch where we’ve done the internet searching for you. We’ve checked multiple car auction sites looking for Audi models worthy of your bids. Typically each Thursday, but today on a special Wednesday edition, we post those listings calling out a car’s highlights and include a few pictures and a link to the listing. Our goal is to help you find the Audi that you’re looking for in time for you to bid on it.
Today’s edition of Auction Watch will be the last until early July because it’s time for our annual pilgrimage to Watkins Glen International for the IMSA races. Let’s cheer-on the six RS 3s racing on Saturday in the Michelin Pilot Challenge race’s TCR class! Now on to this week’s listings which start with two leftover long roofs. I say leftover because I couldn’t fit them into last week’s Auction Watch. They both have a few added touches, a common theme in this week’s new listings. Like an R8 equipped with a Sheepey twin-turbo kit that now makes a ton of horsepower, also a Mark II TT coupe that emulates a TT RS with its many mods. The mods to remaining listings aren’t as drastic but still add fun factor and/or good looks. On the still all-OEM side of the listings are three Mark I TT Roadsters, a Gen 1 Q7 TDI, two S4s, a D4 A8 L, and an e-tron that complete this week’s 21 listings. This week’s relists are:
A Brilliant Black 2003 TT Roadster with a Baseball Optic package. The seller purchased it for $13k on BaT in early January this year. Since then it’s had a paint correction and logged about 1,000 miles but still has typical Mark I TT issues. The no reserve auction ends 06.19.2025 at 1:51 PM EDT.
A Sprint Blue 2008 S4 with 64k miles and a silver interior. Previously listed in late April, it needed a low pressure fuel pump after being listed so it was withdrawn. Read the listing for repair details and body and suspension modifications. The no reserve auction ends 06.21.2025 at 1:16 PM EDT.
2017 Audi A4 Allroad (96,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends mid-PM today! The exterior of this Moonlight Blue metallic long roof has color-matched bumpers, arches, rocker panels, door blades, and signal markers. The interior has Nougat Brown leather seats and Premium Plus trim and Sport packages. The mods include an Audi Q7 4M Big Brake Kit, Akebono brake pads, 034Motorsport stainless steel brake lines, and an RS-style rear wing. The turbocharged 2.0L I4 (252HP/273 lb-ft) pairs with a 7-speed S tronic and “Quattro with Ultra.” Carfax reports three owners and no accidents or damage.
2011 Audi A4 Avant (141,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends late-PM today! No Reserve. Are all red cars faster? This Misano Red pearl long roof may be a touch faster than its peers thanks to an AWE Tuning exhaust, Audi B8.5 Euro taillights, and an Audi S4 rear diffuser. At least it looks faster! It’s a Prestige trim-level car with an S line package, black leather/Alcantara seats, rear sunshades, Audi drive select, Audi side assist, adaptive cruise control, white LED ambient lighting, wireless CarPlay, and Android Auto dongle. The 2.0L turbocharged I4 was rated at 211HP/258 lb-ft when new and bolts to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Although Carfax reports no accidents, the seller reports that the front and rear bumpers were repaired in July 2012, the front bumper was replaced in July 2015, and the rear bumper was repaired in December 2017.
2012 Audi S4 (104,000 Miles)

No Reserve. Monsoon Gray metallic was a common color in the early 2010s and it pairs well with the added RS 4-style grille. OEM equipment highlights are Prestige trim-level, 19” wheels, a Sports diff, Silk Nappa leather seats, and B&O sound. Other mods are an Integrated Engineering air intake, an exhaust resonator delete, Carista OBD2 coding, and a suede headliner. Drivetrain: a supercharged 3.0L V6 (333HP/325 lb-ft) a 6-speed manual, the aforementioned Sport diff and quattro. The Carfax report is clean, please read the listing’s comments by the seller.
2003 Audi RS 6 (91,000 Miles)

No Reserve. The Misano Red pearl exterior, 1 of 58 per a listing comment, has worn Audi ring decals on the front doors and stone chip on the front bumper, but I love the front plate. The black interior has Ebony leather seats, heated rear seats, carbon fiber trim, a power rear sunshade, and a CD/cassette stereo with Bose sound. The Dynamic Ride Control is still in-place. The twin-turbo 4.2L V8 was factory rated at 450HP/415 lb-ft when new and now breather freer as muffler delete pipes are installed. A 5-speed Tiptronic, Torsen center diff and quattro complete the drivetrain. Carfax reports three owners and hopefully owner #1 did their own maintenance in Anchorage, AK.
2012 Audi TT Coupe (76,000 Miles)

That’s not an Audi Exclusive color, it’s Porsche Auratium Green. And that’s not all that’s changed on this Mark II TT RS-wannabe. The 2.0L I4 runs an APR Stage 2 ECU tune and has an APR carbon fiber air box, an AWE Tuning intercooler kit, and a straight-pipe exhaust. The chassis has Bilstein PSS10 coilovers, a Brembo brake kit, and various 034Motorsport suspension components. Please read the listing for even more mods. The Carfax report is clean and lists three owners.
2020 Audi R8 V10 Coupe (18,000 Miles)
SBX Cars – 06.20.2025 1:30 PM EDT
This is the second R8 Coupe we’ve seen on Auction Watch with a Sheepey twin-turbo kit, coincidently also in Suzuka Gray over an Express Red interior. Please read the listing and see photo #102 for the numerous mods that result in a claimed 1,300HP at the wheels. The previous listing sold for $207k on BaT in June 2022. This example, however, has a dirty Carfax report thanks to minor damage to the left rear and rear from a collision with another motor vehicle in March 2024. The Lemon Squad inspection report notes the brake pad wear message is on and the right side of the hood is misaligned, preventing the right-side door from opening fully.
2007 Audi RS 4 (158,000 Miles)

No Reserve. The Daytona Gray pearl fast sedan is one of the higher mileage examples we’ve seen on Auction Watch. With the miles expect mods: KW V3 coilovers, an 034 Motorsports rear sway bar, a Sachs performance clutch, an aftermarket X-pipe, a JHM short shifter for the 6-speed manual, a Dension Bluetooth module, and a Proclip iPhone holder. Its 4.2L V8 also has some oil consumption issues to the tune of around 600-700 miles per quart and has oil seepage around the oil filter housing. Carfax reports five owners and no accidents or damage.
2016 Audi S4 (78,000 Miles)

No Reserve. The Glacier White metallic paint on this sedan is contrasted by a Black Optic package. The black interior has Fine Nappa leather and Technology packages and layered aluminum/black wood inlays. The supercharged 3.0L V6, factory rated at 333HP/325 lb-ft, spins a 6-speed manual. Carfax reports only two owners and no accidents or damage.
1999 Audi A4 Avant 2.8 (123,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This is only the second Hibiscus Red pearl Audi we’ve seen on Auction Watch. That rare color is over an Onyx interior with checker-pattern cloth seats, wood trim, a reupholstered headliner, a brake warning light that stays illuminated, and a replacement climate control unit. The 2.8L V6 was factory rated at 190HP/207 lb-ft when new and spins a 5-speed manual. Mods include a Milltek stainless steel exhaust, Godspeed Mono SS coilovers, Infinity Reference speakers, and a Bluetooth adapter. Carfax reports an accident with another motor vehicle in June 2013 but no further details and an open recall #69BT for Driver Front Airbag Inflator.
2014 Audi R8 V10 Spyder (16,000 Miles)

This Phantom Black pearl, black-topped Spyder has Audi Exclusive Black Optic and Full Leather packages. It also has a Maxton Design front spitter and side skirts and rolls on later model R8 20″ wheels. Inside you’ll find carbon Sigma trim, a back-up camera, illuminated door sill, and an infotainment system with Audi Navigation Plus. The 5.2L V10 sits in a bed of carbon Sigma trim, is Audi rated at 525HP/391 lb-ft, exhales into a Top Gear Valvetronic F1 Sound Performance cat-back exhaust and connects to a 7-speed S tronic. Carfax reports four owners and no accidents or damage.
2008 Audi RS 4 Cabriolet (61,000 Miles)

This triple black droptop has Nappa leather Recaro front seats, refurbished carbon fiber trim, a Bluetooth hands-free system, and Bose sound. The Dynamic Ride Control is modified with an adjustable H&R rear stabilizer bar but the 4.2L V8 and 6-speed manual are unmodified. Please see the listing for some recent service work. Carfax reports six owners and an accident with damage to the right side in September 2011.
2015 Audi Q7 TDI (80,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This is a Prestige trim-level, S line and S line plus package-equipped full-size SUV. It’s listed as gray, I’m going with Daytona Gray pearl, over a black interior that has 3-row leather seating which are heated/ventilated up front, Audi Adaptive Cruise Control, and a CD stereo with Bose sound. The turbodiesel 3.0L V6 is factory rated at 240HP/406 lb-ft and bolts to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents or damage.
2015 Audi A8 L (93,000 Miles)

This Audi flagship is listed as black, likely Brilliant Black. That’s over a black interior featuring brown leather heated/ventilated/massaging front and rear seats, wood trim, Audi MMI infotainment with navigation and damaged trim surround, head-up display, a top-view camera system, a panoramic sunroof, and Bose sound. It rides on air suspension. The twin-turbo 4.0L V8, Audi rated at 435HP/444 lb-ft, powers an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents or damage.
2001 Audi TT Roadster 225 (60,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This Lake Silver metallic with black soft top roadster was in my local area and owner #1 of 5 put the bulk of the miles on it. The interior has Ebony leather seats and an Audi Concert cassette stereo with Bose sound. Photo 49 shows the center display and the pixels look good and per comments the seller says they are good. You might ask about the tire’s date codes; they may be circa 2006. The turbocharged 1.8L I4, factory rated at 225HP/207 lb-ft when new, spins a 6-speed manual and there’s no info on water pump or timing belt service but the seller is checking on that per the comments. The Carfax report is clean.
2019 Audi e-tron (30,000 Miles)

It’s been a minute since we’ve seen an e-tron on Auction Watch. This Prestige trim-level example is Glacier White metallic over an interior featuring full leather package in Okapi Brown. It rolls on optional 21” 15-spoke turbine wheels. Locomotion comes from two electric motors drawing juice from a 95 kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack producing 355HP/414 lb-ft, 402HP/490 lb-ft in boost mode, and has an EPA-rated 204 miles of range on a full charge.
2018 Audi RS 3 (15,000 Miles)

The popular Nardo Gray paint graces this hot sedan. Hot because a 2.5L turbocharged I5, Audi rated at 400HP/354 lb-ft, sits upfront albeit in a dirty engine bay. A 7-speed S tronic and quattro drive completes the drivetrain. OEM equipment includes Dynamic and Technology Packages, Fine Nappa leather seats with diamond stitching, adaptive cruise control, and Parking Aid Plus with selective display. The sole mod is a hardwired Escort Max 360 radar detector. Thank goodness it has WeatherTech floor mats. Carfax reports one owner, no accidents/damage, but a mileage inconsistency in May 2024. The seller believes this is a clerical error made by the dealership and has submitted a dispute with Carfax.
2014 Audi S4 (78,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This is a Prestige trim-level sedan in Phantom Black pearl with a Black Optic package and Audi crossbars mounted. The black interior has Black/Magma Red Fine Nappa leather seats, Carbon Atlas trim, and a power rear sunshade with manual side shades. The supercharged 3.0L V6 is factory rated at 333HP/325 lb-ft and spins a 6-speed manual with optional Sport diff. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents or damage but there does look to be some underbody damage and/or missing panel (photos 85-87) you might ask about. The front bumper cover is cracked, the right-rear door has a dent, and there are other scratches and blemishes.
2005 Audi TT Roadster (99,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This drophead coupe is Ocean Blue pearl with a blue soft top over Blue Nappa leather interior that sure looks black to me. Also inside are an Audi Concert CD stereo, CD changer, Bose sound, a wind deflector, and an added Bluetooth receiver. The listing states, “The central digital display is damaged.” Looks like the typical dead pixel problem, see photo #53. Service for the car and its turbocharged 1.8L I4 (180HP/173 lb-ft) is listed in photos #103-104. A 6-speed Tiptronic powers the front wheels. Carfax lists three previous owners, no accidents/damage, and very little service history.
2012 Audi S4 (80,000 Miles)

Here’s an interesting listing: a one-owner, Prestige trim-level, well-optioned, well-maintained, and tastefully modified B8 sedan. The colors are Ibis White outside and black and Magma Red inside. The seats are Silk Nappa leather. Please read the listing for the list of mods highlights by a GIAC Stage 2 tune for the supercharged 3.0L V6 that spins a 6-spee manual. Also see the Known Flaws section, after all, it is a 13 year-old car. Carfax reports minor damage to the front left in February 2020 and minor damage to the front in September 2021. The seller states these are due to rust repairs performed under warranty to the trunk lid and the driver’s door, respectively.
