Audi Club Auction Watch: 03.27.2025

Hello again Audi aficionados! Thank you for clicking on another edition of Auction Watch where we’ve done the internet searching for you. We’ve checked multiple car auction sites looking for Audi models worthy of your bids. Typically each Thursday we post those listings calling out a car’s highlights and include a few pictures and a link to the listing. Our goal is to help you find the Audi that you’re looking for in time for you to bid on it.
On offer this week there are a lot fewer R8s than last week, in fact, we’re down to one from five. But there are still two RS 4s, one is refurbished and one needs some refurbishing. There are also two S5s in both coupe and cabriolet body styles and two SQ5s, one with an ABT widebody kit. A 2021 Tango Red RS 6 Avant seeks a new home but if that model is more than you need, there’s a modified RS 3 in Ara Blue that may be just as fast, but probably not as fast as the 2024 RS 6 Avant Performance model also down below. Bring a Trailer – 2014 Audi A8 L. The sale for $18,750 of this Brilliant Black Audi flagship wasn’t completed by the winning bidder just last week. It’s now offered again at no reserve with only 54k miles on the odometer and a clean Carfax report. The auction ends on 03.28.2025 at 4:04 PM EDT.
Bring a Trailer – 2012 Q5 3.2. This black over beige SUV with only 16k miles sold on BaT for $22k on 3/8/2025 but is now back, still with no reserve, because the buyer failed to complete the purchase. The auction ends on 04.01.2025 at 5:29 PM EDT.
2017 Audi R8 V10 Coupe (40,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends early this PM! This halo car may look white but that’s Suzuka Gray metallic and it has full XPEL PPF, a Vorsteiner carbon fiber rear wing, a Carbonwurks fuel cap, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser, side blades, B-pillar trim, and mirror caps. The interior features Crimson Red leather seats with quilted stitching, a quilted headliner, Carbon Sigma trim, Audi MMI navigation, and B&O sound. The 5.2L V10 is modified with a VF Engineering ECU tune and RYFT exhaust. Carfax reports no accidents or damage but a mileage discrepancy that is explained in the comments. 1999 Audi A4 2.8 (65,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends early this PM! No Reserve. A true classic here and with much less than 100k miles. The exterior is Light Silver metallic over a black interior with leather seats, Walnut wood trim, an aftermarket Bluetooth-compatible stereo with Bose sound, a loose headliner, and a non-operational left front door panel light. The 2.8L V6, factory rated at 190HP/207 lb-ft when new, had its timing belt, water pump, and thermostat serviced in January 2025. It mates with a 5-speed manual. The rear brake pads were replaced in preparation for the sale. Carfax reports minor damage to the front in February 2017.
2015 Audi A6 TDI (29,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends mid-PM today! An interesting color combo, Ibis White over Velvet Beige, in a low mileage car. The interior has leather seats, fine-grain Ash wood trim, a Warm Weather package, Audi Parking System Plus, WeatherTech floor mats, and Bose sound. The two mods are 20” Audi ‘rotor’ wheels and tinted windows although there are bubbles in the rear window’s film. The 3.0L turbodiesel V6, Audi rated at 240HP/428 lb-ft, connects to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports no accidents or damage and a good service history.

Bid quickly, auction ends mid-PM today! Another Ibis White offering, this one a hot SUV. The turbocharged 3.0L V6 is Audi rated at 354HP/369 lb-ft and pairs with an 8-speed Tiptronic. It’s equipped with S Sport and Navigation packages; the black interior has Fine Nappa leather upholstery with diamond stitching, Carbon Atlas inlays, and B&O sound. Carfax reports three owners and a thin service history but no accidents or damage.
2019 Audi SQ5 (57,000 Miles)

The stance of this Quantum Gray hot SUV is your first hint that there are some mods. Actually there are a lot: Audi Club NA sponsor Integrated Engineering’s Stage 1 ECU and TCU tunes, BMC and air intake filters; from ABT are a widebody kit, suspension lowering links, engine start/stop button, shift knob, front door puddle lights, and carbon fiber exhaust tips. Tinted windows and 22” Vossen wheels complete the look. OEM options include Black Optic and S Sport packages. Drivetrain: 3.0L turbocharged V6 and 8-speed Tiptronic. The Carfax is clean.
2007 Audi RS 4 (89,000 Miles)

This Daytona Gray pearl fast sedan appears to have been given new life by owner #2, it was refurbished by European Auto Hause of Pasadena at a total cost of around $48k according to the listing. The black interior has Nappa leather Recaro seats with contrasting piping, new carbon fiber trim, flat-bottom Euro-spec steering wheel, a Euro-spec head unit with Bluetooth connectivity, and Bose sound. Here’s a truly murdered-out long roof. Phantom Black with black rings/badges and tinted windows over a black interior with black leather/Alcantara seats, carbon fiber trim, and a Pioneer head unit. Mods include 19” Rotiform BLQ wheels, an AWE Tuning cat-back exhaust, H&R coilovers, a JH Motorsports clutch, an RS 4-style grille, and a Maxton Design carbon fiber rear diffuser. 2021 Audi RS 6 Avant (34,000 Miles)

This Tango Red with Carbon Optics long roof has changed hands six times but sold as an Audi CPO every time until now. It has Executive and Drivers Assistance packages plus Sport exhaust. The black interior has Valcona leather seats with red stitching, carbon twill inlays, and B&O 3D Advanced sound. The 4.0L twin-turbo under the hood, Audi rated at 591HP/590 lb-ft, exhales without the center muffler or resonators and has a CETE Automotive valved exhaust control. Carfax reports minor damage to the left rear and left side. The seller reports the driver’s side doors and front bumper were replaced.
2009 Audi S5 Coupe (115,000 Miles)

No Reserve. Cosmetically, this Phantom Black coupe isn’t very pretty. But with a 4.2L V8 held in place by 034Motorsport mounts that wears an APR Stage III supercharger, intake and exhaust, a South Bend Stage 2 clutch for its 6-speed manual, and a StopTech big brake kit up front, I think this may be a great start for a track car. Please read the listing’s Known Flaws and Recent Service History sections to form your opinion. Carfax reports damage to the left side after being involved in a side impact collision in May 2016.
2014 Audi S5 Cabriolet (62,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This Brilliant Black drophead coupe has a black soft top that covers a black interior with black/brown leather seats, Carbon Atlas trim, Audi MMI infotainment, and B&O sound. The supercharged 3.0L V6, factory rated at 333HP/325 lb-ft, had its timing chain serviced in March 2025. A 7-speed S tronic and quattro drive complete the drivetrain. The accident/damage-free Carfax report is stained by a repossession in May 2024.
2001 Audi TT Roadster 180 (64,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This little fun machine is finished in Amulet Red with an optional power-retractable black soft top. The Ebony interior has Premium and Audio packages, a video shows there are some missing pixels in the center display. The turbocharged 1.8L I4 had its timing chain replaced within the last 7k miles along with the timing belt tensioner and water pump. It hooks to a 5-speed manual. Carfax reports six owners and no accidents or damage.
2007 Audi RS 4 (105,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This shade of dark blue is Mugello Blue pearl. That’s over an interior with Silver Nappa leather seats with black piping, carbon fiber trim, a sagging headliner, an inoperative ambient air temperature sensor, an intermittent fault noted for the rear airbag system, and the seller states the driver’s seatbelt tensioner requires manual assistance when retracting. Please read the paragraph below the picture of the 4.2L V8 for some more negative issues. See also the seller’s service records linked to in the comments section. Carfax reports damage to the front in March 2015 and minor damage to the front, rear, and left-rear corner in August 2016.
2018 Audi RS 3 (47,000 Miles)

I really like this Ara Blue Crystal paint on this Gen 1 RS 3. Factory options include Technology, Dynamic, Driver Assistance, and Black Optic packages, carbon fiber mirror caps, and RS carbon inlays. Mods include 19” BC Racing RZ21 forged wheels, Unitronic Stage 1+ ECU tune and Stage 2 TCU tune, Unitronic 3” turbocharger inlet elbow, cat-less exhaust mid-pipes, aftermarket front brake rotors, paint protection film on the front end, tinted windows, a carbon fiber rear spoiler, and a P3 vent gauge. Carfax reports and no accidents or damage.
2015 Audi RS 7 (61,000 Miles)

This color, Panther Black Crystal Effect, shows best in direct sunlight when you can see its purple hue. That’s over a Prestige trim-level black interior with Valcona leather seats which are heated and ventilated up front, carbon fiber trim, Driver Assistance package, an aftermarket carbon fiber steering wheel with carbon fiber shift paddles, and Bose Surround sound. Mods include 034Motorsport Street Density motor mounts, Density Line upper/lower control arm kit, and adjustable solid rear sway bar and end links. Please read the listing for a few more. The 4.0L twin-turbo V8, Audi rated at 560HP/516 lb-ft, bolts to an 8-speed Tiptronic and exhales into a Sport exhaust. The Carfax report is clean.
2024 Audi RS 6 Avant Performance (9,000 Miles)

The ceramic coated Nardo Gray paint on this long roof wears Kavaca protective film on the front end, side panels, and mirror caps. The tinted windows protect a black interior with Valcona leather seats with honeycomb stitching in Mercato Blue, carbon twill inlays, and B&O Advanced 3D sound. Optional equipment includes the Black Optic and Driver Assistance packages, and an RS sport exhaust. In Performance-spec the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine is Audi rated at 621HP/627 lb-ft and pairs with an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports no accidents or damage but no first Audi service either.
2002 Audi TT Coupe 180 (56,000 Miles)

No Reserve. I like the combo of Desert Green metallic over Aviator Gray this coupe has going on. The interior also has aluminum trim, Premium and Audio packages but the stereo head unit is locked with an anti-theft code. The turbocharged 1.8L I4 (180HP/173 lb-ft) had its timing chain and water pump replaced in 2023 along with the battery; the camshaft chain, camshaft position sensor, and variable valve timing solenoid were replaced in February 2025. A 5-speed manual and Haldex drive complete the drivetrain. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents or damage.

No Reserve. This long roof is finished in Quartz Gray metallic and wears an S Line grille. The black interior has leather seats, aluminum trim, and an Audi Symphony CD stereo. The turbocharged 2.0L I4, factory rated at 200HP/207 lb-ft when new, had its water pump, spark plugs, and timing belt and pulleys replaced in early 2025. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.

1992 Audi Coupe 2.8 E (6,000 Miles Shown)

No Reserve. This is “die fräulein Lisa” or Lisa for short, a German-market Coupe Quattro 2.8E. She must be somebody’s baby because there’s a 13-page story about her in the listing’s picture gallery. The paint color is Crystal Silver metallic; the interior has Jacquard “quattro-script” on the seats front and rear, and under the hood is an AAH 2.8L V6 installed in August 2022.
