Hello again Audi aficionados! Thank you for clicking on another edition of Auction Watch where we’ve done the internet searching for you. We’ve checked multiple car auction sites looking for Audi models worthy of your bids. Typically each Thursday we post those listings calling out a car’s highlights and include a few pictures and a link to the listing. Our goal is to help you find the Audi that you’re looking for in time for you to bid on it.
What we were missing in last week’s Auction Watch, an RS 4, is back and there are two nice looking examples, a sedan in a Porsche paint color over an Audi Exclusive interior and a cabriolet. Also missing last week was an R8, but this week there are five Type 42s in different specs to choose from. There are also three Q7s to check out, two are Sport Editions. The most numerous Audi type this week is a long roof there are seven Avant/Allroad models to bid on. Finally, lightning strikes twice with another Nimbus Gray TT Roadster with Baseball optics, but this time no diecast model to go with it. As always, thanks for reading!

Bring a Trailer – 2003 Audi A6 Avant. The sale for $8,333 of this Ming Blue over Platinum Gray long roof wasn’t completed by the winning bidder in mid-June 2024. It’s now offered at no reserve by the same dealer with only 68k miles on the odometer and a clean Carfax report. The auction ends today at 4:02 PM EDT.
Bring a Trailer – 2022 RS 6 Avant. This Mythos Black over Cognac avant sold with BaT for $124k on 4/24/2024 and is now back with 16k miles rolling on 21″ BBS multi-spoke wheels. Auction ends 03.25.2025 5:21 PM EDT.
2011 Audi A6 Avant (59,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends mid-PM today! This long roof is finished in Quartz Gray metallic over a black interior with leather seats, wood trim, and a CD stereo with a glovebox mounted CD changer. The supercharged 3.0L V6 (300HP/310 lb-ft) had an engine-out timing chain service done in preparation for the sale (see picture 102). A 6-speed Tiptronic and quattro drive complete the drivetrain. Carfax reports accident damage in June 2012 but no further details. The seller notes the front and rear bumper covers have been refinished, and there are “paint blemishes”. Also, a tire pressure warning light is illuminated on the dashboard.

Bid quickly, auction ends mid-PM today! No Reserve. Attention Western Canada Chapter members, this one’s in your area. This long roof is finished in Ebony Pearl Effect with refinished body-color wheel arches and lower body cladding. You really need to read the listing on this car because there are a lot of mods both mechanical and cosmetic. The black interior has gray/black leather seats, carbon fiber trim, a CD/cassette stereo with Bose sound, and a sagging and stained headliner, plus there is a tear in the leather on the driver’s bolster. The modified drivetrain is a twin-turbo 2.7L V6 , a 5-speed automatic, and a Torsen center diff. The Audi of Richmond-branded cargo box and a set of 20″ wheels accompany the sale. The Carfax, for what it’s worth, is clean.
2016 Audi S4 (40,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends late PM today! This shade of blue is Sepang Blue pearl and it’s over a black interior that has black leather/Lunar Silver Alcantara seats, Carbon Atlas trim, and a Technology package that includes a CD stereo with B&O sound. The supercharged 3.0L V6, Audi rated at 333HP/325 lb-ft, had its water pump replaced in June 2023, connects a 7-speed S tronic, and sends its power to an optional Sport diff. Carfax reports three owners and no accidents or damage.
2015 Audi Q7 TDI Sport Edition (44,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends late PM today! This Prestige trim-level S Line full-size SUV is a Sport Edition and optioned with Luxury and towing packages. The exterior is Orca Black metallic; the interior is black with 3-row leather seats and lots of Alcantara plus lots of Prestige niceties. The 3.0 V6 turbodiesel (240HP/406 lb-ft) has plenty of pulling power and an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
2008 Audi RS 4 (87,000 Miles)

This sinister looking fast sedan was repainted in Porsche 911 GT3 RS Gray Black in 2012 but not due to an accident or damage per the clean Carfax report. Paint protection film is applied on the front clip, mirror caps, and side skirts. The Recaro front seats are done in black and Crimson Red Audi Exclusive Nappa leather as are the rear seats. Also inside are Piano Black trim, a Pioneer touchscreen, and a loose portion of the headliner (not pictured). The 4.2L V8, rated at 420HP/317 lb-ft when new, is unmodified and well-maintained, please read the listing for details. It mates to a 6-speed manual. It rolls on 19×10″ BC Forged wheels wearing Sumitomo HTS A/S P02 tires (2019) suspended by KW V3 coilovers. The OEM wheels are included in the sale along with RS 4-branded carpeted floor mats and the removed stereo head unit.
2001 Audi S4 Avant (82,000 Miles)

As seen in another Audi Club NA News post… The importance of keeping your paperwork comes to mind whenever you’re modifying a car. The seller says the twin-turbo 2.7L V6 under the hood of this Imola Yellow avant was retrofitted under previous ownership with RS 4-spec turbochargers, has aftermarket ECU tune, diverter valves, and drivetrain mounts in addition to a cold air intake and a turbo-back exhaust. But there’s no paperwork shown in the photo gallery to provide details. Please read the comments as this auction progresses. Carfax reports damage to the rear after an accident in July 2003 and an open airbag recall. The body was repainted under previous ownership.
2015 Audi R8 V10 Spyder (22,000 Miles)

This drophead coupe is finished in Daytona Gray pearl with a black soft top. That’s over a black interior with a Full Leather package in Fine Nappa leather with Dark Silver stitching, Carbon Sigma inlays, an infotainment system that was replaced in April 2022, and an Escort radar detector. Braking is handled by 4-wheel ceramic discs, a $9,900 option. The 5.2L V10 is factory rated at 525HP/391 lb-ft and spins a six-speed manual. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
2001 Audi TT Roadster 225 (118,000 Miles)

No, you’re not seeing things. This is the second Nimbus Gray pearl roadster with Amber Red leather seats and Baseball Optic stitching in two weeks. Last week’s example had 38k miles and sold with no reserve for $19k. This example has a powered black top. Under that top are a central display with missing pixels, an inaccurate fuel gauge, and Audi Concert CD stereo with CD changer and Bose sound. The turbocharged 1.8L I4 was factory rated at 225HP/207 lb-ft when new, the timing belt was replaced in/about 2020, and it spins a 6-speed manual. Carfax reports only two owners and no accidents or damage.
2008 Audi S4 Avant (42,000 Miles)

The long roof is finished in Light Silver metallic and has roof rails with Thule crossbars. The black interior has leather Recaro front seats and heated rear seats, brushed aluminum trim, a Kenwood touchscreen infotainment system with Bose sound, and WeatherTech floor mats. The 4.2L 40-valve V8 was factory rated at 340HP/302 lb-ft when new and bolts to a 6-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports only two owners, no accidents or damage, and not much recent service history. 2014 Audi R8 V10 Plus Coupe (8,000 Miles)

The first bid on this coupe was $120k and it went up fast! Apparently, this is a rare combo of color, Brilliant Black, and transmission, 6-speed manual. The paint was an Audi Exclusive and it’s over a black interior with a Full Nappa Leather package with red contrast stitching, Alcantara headliner, Audi Parking System Plus with a rearview camera, and B&O sound. The 5.2L V10 in Plus-spec is factory rated at 550HP/398 lb-ft. Carfax reports only two owners and no accidents or damage. It even comes with a car cover.
2015 Audi Q7 TDI Sport Edition (106,000 Miles)

A second Prestige trim-level S line Sport Edition, this one in Carrara White with a Black Optic package. The black interior has heated and ventilated leather front seats, carbon fiber trim, Audi Side Assist, adaptive cruise control, Audi MMI Navigation infotainment, and a CD stereo with Bose sound. The air suspension compressor was replaced in December 2023 and the brake pads were replaced in January 2025. It has the same drivetrain as the one above. Carfax reports this is a one-owner car with no accidents or damage.
2010 Audi R8 Coupe (19,000 Miles)
SBX Cars – 03.24.2025 2:00 PM EDT
This Type 42 coupe is painted Daytona Gray Pearl with Oxygen Silver side blades. Inside are Tuscan Brown leather Sport seats and door panels, a color not usually seen with this exterior. Also inside is Audi MMI Navigation Plus and 6-CD stereo with B&O sound. The 4.2L V8 is Audi rated at 420HP/317 lb-ft and spins the desirable 6-speed manual. Per the clean Carfax, this coupe has had four owners and has been looking for a new home since April last year. There’s a Lemon Squad inspection report with the listing and a transferable RoadVantage warranty (see picture 91).
2016 Audi TTS Coupe (100,000 Miles)

This Nano Gray metallic coupe has been enjoyed by its five owners to the tune of just under 100k miles and it has a few exterior flaws to show for it. Options include a Technology and 20” wheel packages, Fine Nappa leather seats in black, B&O sound, and red brake calipers. A 2.0L turbocharged I4, factory rated at 292HP/280 lb-ft pairs with a 6-speed S tronic and recently serviced Haldex drive to provide locomotion. Carfax reports no accidents, but the seller reports it was rear-ended at a traffic light resulting in the rear bumper being repainted. Photos of the damage before repairs can be viewed in the listing pictures 128 and 129. And you’ll need to replace the 11-year old snow tires before spirited driving.
2022 Audi RS 7 (21,000 Miles)

The Mythos Black metallic paint on this sportback has a green hue in the picture, probably because it listed on St. Patrick’s Day! The black interior has heated and ventilated RS sport front seats in leather with honeycomb-pattern red stitching, Carbon Twill inlays, heated rear seats, Audi MMI infotainment, wireless charging, and B&O Advanced 3D sound. The twin-turbo 4.0L V8 plus 48-volt mild-hybrid system is Audi rated at 591HP/590 lb-ft and pairs with an 8-speed Tiptronic. The Carfax report is clean.
2011 Audi Q7 (80,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This must be Q7 week, this one is not as sporty in Ice Silver metallic. The roomy black interior has leather seats, wood trim, heated rear seats, third-row seating, a rearview camera, Audi MIMI Navigation Plus, and CD stereo with Bose sound. The supercharged 3.0L V6 in this installation was factory rated at 272HP/295 lb-ft and bolts to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents or damage.
2001 Audi Allroad (133,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This Brilliant Black long roof has had its OEM automatic swapped for a 6-speed manual that receives its power from a twin-turbo 2.7L V6 that now runs GIAC Stage 1 software. The interior has two-gray/black leather seats, a heated steering wheel, Walnut wood trim, some missing pixels in the center display, and Bose sound. It shows its age and mileage in a few places. Please read the listing’s Recent Service History for some value-added work. Carfax reports no accidents or damage and owner #5 has owned it since 2012.
2004 Audi S4 “Show Car” (38,000 Miles)

This is our first show car on Auction Watch as done by its seller and featured in the December 2008 issue of Eurotuner magazine. Please read the listing for all the mods. After being vandalized in 2014 it was repainted to the Daytona Gray metallic you see now. The interior has Recaro front seats and rear seats reupholstered in two-tone silver/black leather and a serious stereo system. The drivetrain is also modified. Carfax reports the aforementioned vandalism and the own owner. There is a repair on the left-front rocker panel from jacking damage.
2008 Audi RS 4 Cabriolet (127,000 Miles)

This fast drophead coupe is 1 of 4 (or 6 per a comment) finished in Ibis White and a black soft top that seems to have large gaps around the back window (see pictures 74-76). And it’s said to be the only 1 those 4 (or 6) with Silver Nappa leather seats with contrasting piping, carbon fiber trim, a CD stereo with a glovebox-mounted 6-CD changer and Bose sound. The Dynamic Ride Control suspension is still in place. The 4.2L V8 (420HP/317 lb-ft) had carbon cleaning performed in April 2022 and spins a 6-speed manual. Please read the listing for other recent service. Carfax reports minor damage to the front in March 2019.
2009 Audi R8 Coupe (56,000 Miles)

This Type 42 is finished in Ice Silver metallic with carbon fiber side blades, a honeycomb front grille, black mirror housings, and smoked tail lights and side marker lights. Those aren’t the only tweaks, it rolls on 20” Variant Alloy wheels, the 4.2L V8 exhales into a Rev9 titanium cat-back exhaust with black tips, and the 6-speed manual engages with a Velocity AP clutch. The black interior has leather/Alcantara seats, an Alcantara headliner, Audi Parking System Plus, and B&O sound. Carfax reports a rear end collision with another motor vehicle in December 2009 resulting in damage to the rear and undercarriage. The tires have 2017 date codes.
2010 Audi R8 Coupe (39,000 Miles)

This Type 42 is painted Ice Silver metallic with Apollo Silver side blades and used to wear an orange wrap. The seats color is listed as Luxor Beige leather/Alcantara but it sure looks like Titanium Gary to me. Also inside is a Sony touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay. The 4.2L V8 was Audi rated at 420HP/317 lb-ft when new, exhales into an Akrapovič valved exhaust, and spins a six-speed manual. Carfax reports six previous owners but no accidents or damage.
Responses
