Audi Club Auction Watch: 03.06.2025

Hello again Audi aficionados! Thank you for clicking on another edition of Auction Watch where we’ve done the internet searching for you. We’ve checked multiple car auction sites looking for Audi models worthy of your bids. Typically each Thursday we post those listings calling out a car’s highlights and include a few pictures and a link to the listing. Our goal is to help you find the Audi that you’re looking for in time for you to bid on it.
Here’s an update on the saga of the Brilliant Red 2011 R8 V10 Coupe that was purchased BaT for $90,500 (1/11/2025), converted to manual operation and relisted on BaT and bid to $95k (2/23/2025), then relisted on Pcarmarket. That auction ended three days ago when it bid to $92,177. It’s now in Pcarmarket’s DealTank with a Buy Now price of $130k.
Audi’s even model numbers, 4, 6, and 8, dominate this week’s listings. Fittingly, there are four A4 and one is a relist of a nice looking 1998 just below. One example doesn’t have quattro drive and one has only done 5,400 miles in 10 years. At the other end of the model range there are three sporty 8s, an R, an S Plus and an S, plus one flagship L from 2007. In the middle there are three 6 models, all S, and one in beautiful Amulet Red seen above. And it wouldn’t be a normal week on Auction Watch if we didn’t have an RS 4 and a Mark I TT, this week in both coupe and roadster versions. For the ‘odd men out’ models, there are two 5 series, a B8.5 coupe and a B9 sportback that is taken to 034Motorsport Stage 2 level. Bring a Trailer – 1998 A4. In early December 2024 this Casablanca White over Opal Gray classic bid to $8,600. It only has 35k miles on the clock and a clean Carfax. The same dealer is relisting without a reserve. The auction ends on 03.11.2025 at 3:48 PM EDT.
2017 Audi S8 Plus (44,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction end late this PM! This up-rated S8 is listed as black over black. The interior has heated and ventilated leather front seats with quilted stitching, carbon fiber trim, a top-view camera system, Audi MMI infotainment with navigation, and Bose sound. The twin-turbo 4.0L V8 in Plus spec is factory rated at 605HP/553 lb-ft and mates to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
2014 Audi R8 Coupe (13,000 Miles)

Yet another low mileage Type 42, this example is equipped with the 4.2L V8 that spins the desirable 6-speed manual. The colors are Phantom Black pearl outside with body-colored side blades and an Audi Exclusive Black Optic Package; black inside with leather/Alcantara seats and Parking System Plus with rearview camera. The only mod is tinted windows. The Carfax report is clean but the mileage for each year when smog tested are curiously in 1,000-mile increments.
2007 Audi A8 L (66,000 Miles)

No Reserve. The exterior of this Audi Flagship is Quartz Gray metallic. The interior is listed as Cognac but Audi calls it Sand Beige. There are Valcona leather seats, wood trim, heated rear seats, Audi MMI infotainment with navigation, adaptive cruise control, and a glove box-mounted CD changer with Bose sound. The 4.2L V8 is factory rated at 350HP/325 lb-ft and connects to a 6-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports minor damage in April 2023 but no further details.
2018 Audi S5 Sportback (56,000 Miles)

This Glacier White metallic B9 generation sportback could be called a sleeper. Mods to the 3.0L turbocharged V6 include 034Motorsport Stage 2 ECU and TCU tunes, a 034Motorsport P34 cold air intake, an IE FDS front mount intercooler, and 034Motorsport subframe mounts. It rolls on 19” 034Motorsport ZTF Flowform wheels. Please see the listing for more mod details. Inside the Prestige trim-level cabin are Rotor Gray Nappa leather seats, carbon fiber inlays, and a Driver Assistance package. Carfax reports minor damage to the left side and left rear in January 2024 and minor damage to the front and right front in December 2022. There’s also a Lemon Squad inspection report in the listing.
2006 Audi A4 (67,000 Miles)

No Reserve. Here is a non-quattro Audi. The 2.0L I4 (200HP/207 lb-ft) drives only the front wheels through a 6-speed manual gearbox. The colors are Liquid Blue metallic outside, Platinum inside with leather seats, aluminum trim, and an Audi Symphony CD stereo with Bose sound. Carfax reports three California owners and no damage or accidents.
2001 Audi TT Coupe 225 (64,000 Miles)

No Reserve. One-owner and Amulet Red. The interior has Aviator Gray leather seats with an Audi Concert cassette stereo with a 6-disc CD changer located behind the driver’s seat. A replacement headliner and rear hatch liner are installed. Please read the listing for a few interesting quirks. The 2.0L I4 (225HP/207 lb-ft) had its timing belt and water pump replaced in 2024. Carfax reports no damage or accidents. (Please forgive the photo’s caption that omits “TT”.)
2004 Audi TT Roadster 3.2 (88,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This little drophead coupe is Moro Blue pearl with a black soft top (with underside stains in picture 101) over an interior featuring contrasting Vanilla Nappa leather seats and door panels, a Pioneer head unit with Bose sound, and a wind deflector glass that “requires adjustment”. No info on the pixel health in the center display. The drivetrain: a 3.2L VR6 (250HP/236 lb-ft), a 6-speed DSG transaxle overhauled in October 2017 (per Carfax), and quattro drive. The Carfax is clean and lists seven previous owners.
2017 Audi S6 (42,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This Prestige trim-level sedan is listed as gray and picture 282 lists it as Audi Exclusive color SP39. Whatever the Audi name, it looks great with its Black Optic Package. The black interior has quilted leather seats, Driver Assistance and Cold Weather packages, Carbon Atlas trim, and B&O sound. The turbocharged 4.0L V8 is factory rated at 450HP/406 lb-ft and pairs with 7-speed S tronic. Carfax reports it’s a one-owner car with no accidents/damage and a good service history.
2014 Audi S5 Coupe (82,000 Miles)

The supercharged 3.0L V6 (333HP/325 lb-ft) had its water pump replaced in January 2019 and cylinder head cooling valve replaced in October 2019. It also spins a 6-speed manual with an optional Sport diff. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced in April 2023. The exterior is Phantom Black pearl; the black interior has Fine Nappa leather seats, Carbon Atlas inlays, and Audi MMI infotainment with Navigation Plus. Carfax reports this as an accident/damage-free one-owner car, but the seller purchased it as a CPO car.

No Reserve. Attention Western Canada Chapter folks, this one’s in your area! I’m confused by this listing. It says it’s a Japanese market car imported into Canada, yet it’s left hand drive. It confounds VIN decoders as well. The colors are Light Silver metallic outside, black inside with Valcona leather seats heated front and rear, carbon fiber and aluminum trim, a solar sunroof, and B&O sound. The 5.2L V10 is factory rated at 450HP/398 lb-ft and connects to a 6-speed Tiptronic. There is no Carfax report within the listing.
2016 Audi S6 (41,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This Mythos Black metallic, Prestige trim-level fast sedan is well-equipped with Sport, Driver Assistance, Comfort Seating, Cold Weather and Black Optic packages. Mods to the 4.0L twin-turbo 7-speed S tronic include APR stage 1 ECU and TCU tunes, an oil screen relocation, and tinted windows. The black interior has Valcona leather Comfort seats, Carbon Atlas inlays, Night Vision Assistant, and Bose Surround sound. Four 19” BBS alloy wheels with Michelin X-Ice snow tires are included in the sale. Carfax reports no accident or damage.
2013 Audi Allroad (81,000 Miles)

No Reserve. The dark shade covering this long roof is Moonlight Blue metallic. The roomy interior is black with leather seats, Audi MMI Navigation Plus infotainment, Audi Advanced Key, and a CD stereo. The turbocharged 2.0L I4 (211HP/258 lb-ft) pairs with an 8-speed Tiptronic, please read the listing for items recently serviced. Carfax reports this is a one owner car and it had minor damage to the right side reported in May 2019. The seller notes the rear bumper cover is scratched and the rear window wiper blade is damaged.

Another shade of dark blue, this time called Mugello Blue pearl. Inside are contrasting Silver Nappa leather Recaro seats with black piping, a Premium package, and a CD stereo with Bose sound. The Dynamic Ride Control suspension is still in place. The 4.2L V8 was factory rated at 420HP/317 lb-ft when new and the seller notes carbon cleaning was done on the intake in 2024. Carfax reports five owners and no accidents or damage.
2015 Audi A4 S Line (5,400 Miles)

Need a new daily driver? That mileage is not a typo. This Brilliant Black over black, one-owner car looks outstanding. The only mod is tinted windows. Inside are leather seats, Aluminum Trigon inlays, and Audi MMI with Navigation. Under the hood is a 2.0L turbocharged I4, Audi rated at 220HP/258 lb-ft, and an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports no accidents or damage but the tires are original equipment.

No Reserve. Another long roof in Moonlight Blue metallic for your consideration. This Premium Plus example has an S Line exterior package as well. The contrasting interior has Cardamom Beige leather seats, Dark Walnut wood trim, Audi MMI Navigation Plus, Audi advanced key, and rear parking sensors. The turbocharged 2.0L I4 (211HP/258 lb-ft) bolts to an 8-speed Tiptronic. The Carfax report is clean and lists only two owners.
2002 Audi S6 Avant (179,000 Miles)

No Reserve. A lot of Amulet Red covers this long roof with black optic-look trim elements. The surprise inside the black interior is the gear shift lever for the 6-speed manual that replaced the OEM automatic. That’s not the only mod, the 4.2L V8 no longer wears mufflers and there are many more to read about in the listing. In the spacious cabin are leather seats, wood trim, heated front seats, and an aftermarket head unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities routed to Bose sound. Carfax reports eight owners and no accidents or damage but the seller notes scratches on tailgate trim, dings on the roof, and other exterior wear.
