2026 Cupra Raval Caught Testing Ahead of IAA Debut

The upcoming 2026 Cupra Raval, an all-electric hatchback, has been spotted testing once again, this time in the Austrian Alps. With its official unveiling set for the 2025 IAA (International Motor Show), development is clearly ramping up. Positioned as a sporty, compact EV for city drivers, the Raval will serve as Cupra’s entry-level electric model built on the VW Group’s MEB Entry platform, alongside the upcoming Volkswagen ID.2.

Expect bold design, agile handling, and plenty of youthful energy when it arrives next year. For Audi enthusiasts in the U.S., it’s another signal that the VW Group’s EV future will include increasingly diverse and dynamic options across its brands. Could these be a case for a future entry level Audi EV to sit underneath the upcoming A3 e-tron revival?
