MENU:

Cash bar with assorted hot and cold Hors D’Oeuvres

ENTREE CHOICE:

1. Duck, 1/2 duck baked and served with spaetzle
2. Stuffed Pork Chop with sausage gravy and stuffing plus garlic mashed potatoes
3. Salmon Filet baked with bourbon maple glaze and garlic mashed potatoes
4. Beef Rouladen with spatzale
5. Vegetarian mushroom ravioli

ALL DINNERS INCLUDE:
