2024 Teen Car Control Clinic a Great success!

May 19, 2024 – Another successful Teen Car Control Clinic was held on Sunday, May 19th for a great group of teens.  It was held at American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers, at the Uecher Parking Lot. Our Teen Car Control Clinic teaches many car control skills not taught in standard driver education courses. It combines class instruction and behind the wheel exercises with instructor supervision. We recommend the teen use the car he or she typically drives. The course is open to teens of all ages and adults who possess a valid driver’s license or learner permit. The Wisconsin Chapter has been teaching this course for many years because of our commitment to driver safety and education. The glaring statistic is that motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of  death for US teenagers. Safe driving is a learned skill that most teens don’t yet have due to a lack of experience. Our clinic is designed to heighten student’s awareness and responsiveness to real-world situations and boost confidence in their driving skills.

They all left the event as better drivers, with a new, higher level of driving skills.

Thanks go out to Just Drive and the Audi Club instructors and volunteers who helped make this a great event.
