Audi is stepping up its focus on the American market, revealing the new Sportback derivative of its RS 5 high performance model the night ahead the New York Auto Show. It chose to do so at Classic Car Club Manhattan's facility on the Hudson River, one night before the main event.
Going one further with the RS 5 Sportback, Audi aims to launch the car into the American market first. Orders will likely begin before the end of the year as sources target the initial cars in dealers in the firs...

A reader of TFLcar.com sent them pictures of the RS 5 Sportback they captured testing in New Jersey. Scott Keogh, Audi of America President, confirmed in January that the hot sportback was coming to the States.
This is exciting news as we expect a new wave of RS models to hit our shores and what the secret RS model is that Scott alluded to in that interview has been a hot debate on our Facebook page.
