It’s time for a new winter test season. First out is the Audi Q6 e-tron Sportback that makes its first tour in winter wonderland.
Spied earlier in Germany during the summer, it’s only our second sighting of the Sportback version of the electric Q6 e-tron.
Both the Audi Q6 e-tron and the Q6 e-tron Sportback will of course share the same PPE platform with the upcoming Porsche Macan EV. The Sportback will share the front end with the standard Q6 e-tron but with an sleeker roof line. The changes are from the B-pillar and back and gives the Sportback a sportier look but for the price of less cargo space and of course a higher price.
We will also see different power stages of the Q6 e-tron with an RS Q6 e-tron at the top delivering around 600 horsepower. Porsche has already stated that the Macan EV will get 603 horsepower and 707 lb-ft of torque in its top version so most likely the RS Q6 e-tron will get similar power figures.
Debut is expected for 2023.
