Audi Club Northwest is excited to host the 1st annual Snake River Rally and Dinner Cruise on Friday July 17th and Saturday July 18th, 2020.

We’re so excited to add a brand new, non-track event to the calendar for 2020! This will be one heck of an adventure, where you’ll challenge both you and your car through some breathtaking canyons on the amazing roads of SE Washington (with a little foray into Idaho!). The event consists of driving 3 different Grades, starting from the home base of Clarkston, WA. For those arriving in time, we’ll have a no-host social hour in the hotel lounge at 5pm and a no-host dinner at Rooster’s Landing, which is a short walk along the river from the Hotel, at 6pm.

First up Saturday morning is the famous Old Spiral Highway in Lewiston, ID followed by the Anatone Grade rising from Asotin, WA. Farther down the road we’ll drive the most challenging of the 3 Grades, the Rattlesnake Grade which bottoms out at the Grande Ronde River just 3 miles from the Oregon border.

After lunch at Boggan’s Oasis at the base of Rattlesnake Grade, we’ll return to the Hotel in Clarkston that afternoon, and after a short rest period, we’ll cool off and board Beamers Hells Canyon Tours boat and take a 34 mile narrated jet boat trip up the Snake River to their lodge for a plated dinner with wine pairings for each course. After dinner, we’ll cruise back down the river to Clarkston where we can gather in the lounge to chat about the day and all the fun we had.

And for those that haven’t had enough of the area, at 11:00 am we’ll offer another  quick drive to Cloverland Grade up Asotin Creek and back. This will take about 1 hour. Then we will have lunch at Fazzari’s Pizza in Clarkston, WA.

This trip will be limited to 40 PEOPLE (Note: NOT 40 cars…but people!) so be on the lookout for the email reminder about registration. More details on booking lodging will be shared as we get closer to the event.

This event will be led/managed in compliance with all COVID-19 rules and regulations for the respective states the event is taking place within. Per Governor Inslee’s June 26th order, masks are required in all public (indoor and outdoor) spaces for portions of the event held in Washington. Please do not jeopardize others or the Event’s insurance coverage by not bringing (or not wearing) a mask when appropriate.

Most importantly, if you are feeling sick or present any of the symptoms of the virus, please make the choice to stay home and keep yourself and your fellow Audi enthusiasts safe. Here is the latest on Phase 3 from Washington state:
