Regular Board of Directors Meeting (August)

The Board of Directors will conduct a Regular Board of Directors meeting on the second Wednesday of the month.  Regular members in good standing are encouraged to attend these meetings if they wish.  Members who would like to attend, or propose an agenda item, should contact the President (See Board of Directors page for contact information.)

The meeting agenda will follow the following outline:

• Open Meeting
• Secretary’s Report – previous meeting minutes
• Treasurer’s Report – finances
• ACNA Monthly Call Review – a quick review of the monthly national meeting materials
  
• This Month’s Focus – area of the club that needs discussion or review
• Calendar of Events Review – review of the events that are happening or have happened
• Old Business/New Business
• Confirm Next Meeting Date
• Closing
