By day two of a new model introduction, you can usually find us digging Around the Audi Germany website Audi.de. Typically there’s new information there (in German) with photos and possibly a live configurator. So, we headed there following this week’s Q8 and SQ8 launch to see what we might find.
Spoiler alert, the configurators aren’t live. Sorry. Also, RS Q8 and Q8 TFSI e (the plug-in hybrid) aren’t showing facelift updates just yet. Even still, if you’re looking for more images of the Q8 or SQ8, you’ll find those sections updated to show the new models.
For the most part, the photos released are launch colors already seen in PR shots, but we did find these Audi exclusive images at the bottom of the SQ8 page. The exterior shot shows the new SQ8 in Java Green (likely photoshop as it’s the exact same shot as one of the launch photos minus the color). The interior also shows it with some customization.
