On the first Saturday following the 4th of July, a large group of German cars, owners, and enthusiasts gather at the Gilmore Car Museum for the largest all-German Car show in the United States. Bring your friends and family (including pets)! This car show features all of your favorite German marques and everything from daily drivers to weekend treasures – including Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen. Our event is presented by Orrin B. Hayes Mercedes-Benz, Sharpe BMW, Porsche Grand Rapids (Fox Motors), Maple Hill Volkswagen and Audi Kalamazoo (Maple Hill Auto Group).
The annual event attracts hundreds of vehicles and over 1,500 visitors. In 2018, 350 gleaming German cars worth over ten-million dollars were on display at the Gilmore Car Museum. Included was a 1937 Mercedes-Benz 540k Sindelfingen Cabriolet, a prior winner of the Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance . All proceeds go to the Gilmore Car Museum, and include general admission to all museum exhibits.
