According to the By-Laws of Audi Club Lone Star, a Board of Directors Election was held in the first week of November. Two seats were open for the 2019-2021 term, and two candidates ran for the positions. Incumbent Josh Flynt from Austin was re-elected, and new candidate Ab Caram from the Dallas-Fort Worth area was elected. Officers for 2019 will be elected by the new board in December.
Retiring from the Board of Directors at the end of this year, Stephen Clark will have completed his three-year term, and will join the Emeritus Advisory Board. Having been elected to to the board in 2015, Stephen has served as Secretary, and most recently, President of Audi Club Lone Star. The Emeritus Advisory Board is composed of former Directors who wish to continue contributing to the Chapter in an advisory capacity.
