The Audi Club Lone Star Board of Directors is proud to announce this year’s statewide event will be held in Houston Texas area, June 12th-14th, 2015!
We will be based at the Hyatt Place Houston/Woodlands hotel conveniently located right off the IH-45 North Freeway on Research Forest Drive in The Woodlands, TX. There are several restaurants, gas station, and other attractions within a few minutes of the hotel. This location also provides quick access to the highway and starting points for each of our drives.

Friday afternoon will consist of an informal meet and greet / registration event. Allowing everyone to arrive and get settled into the hotel, start meeting people. That evening, we will travel south a few miles to Top Golf in Spring TX. "Topgolf is the premier golf entertainment complex where the competition of sport meets your favorite local hangout. You can challenge your friends and family to addictive point-scoring golf games that anyone from the hopeful pro golfer to your neighbor’s 7-year-old kid can play year-round. There has been many questions surrounding the cost associated with the Top Golf Reception event during the 2015 State Meet. With many asking for a social dining only option and working with the Top Golf staff, we are happy to announce this new option.
As before, $55 per person gets you two hours of Topgolf play in a reserved suite including a lifetime membership, free club rental, game demonstration, dinner buffet and bottomless soda, iced tea and water and assistance from a dedicated event ambassador.
The new social dining option for $24 per person gets you admission to the reserved suite complete with a buffet and bottomless soda, iced tea and water and assistance from a dedicated event ambassador.
Members can select either of these options when registering.
If you are currently registered and interested in either of these options, but have not paid the additional fee, please reply back to the email you recieved and we will add you to the attendance list. The additional fees can be paid upon check-in at the hotel on Friday June 12th
Saturday
For those motorsports fans, Saturday morning will start off with a 24hrs of Le Mans kickoff breakfast party. Following the race premier, the traditional Show –N- Shine will be held in the the parking lot. The cars will be judged on various points and the winners will be awarded prizes! After the car show, we will head out for a nice two hour drive on some of the finest back roads Houston has to offer. We will stop for lunch in at Audi Central Houston while we catch up on the latest from Le Mans. After lunch, we will head over to the Johnson Space Center to take a tour of their facility, see some really interesting space exploration artifacts and learn about what NASA does. We will travel back to the hotel to refresh and have a group dinner at a local restaurant with a LeMans update. Johnson Space Center Tour: $13 per person
Sunday
Sunday morning is another early one for those motorsports fans as we grab a lite breakfast and watch the finish of the 24hrs of Le Mans, with hopes that Audi Sport will sweep the podium! After the race finish, we will check out of the hotel, and head out to another fantastic Sunday Morning Drive to the 2nd Annual ACLS Karting LeMans Competition. The event will last a few hours and put us at will plan for a small lunch where we will share more stories, have more prize giveaways, and take the group photo before we all depart for home!
