The ACFL will be holding our annual “meet-up at the Roar Before The 24” at Daytona International Speedway January 6, 2018.
The plan is for everyone to meet at the Chick-fil-A restaurant (100 N Williamson Blvd.) at the intersection of Williamson Blvd. and International Blvd. at 10:30 AM on Saturday January 6th.
From there I will lead everyone into the Speedway (admission $15) to watch the race cars practicing for the 24 Hours of Daytona. Everyone will also have access to the garages to watch the mechanics working on the cars and, hopefully, see some of the world famous drivers.
Once inside the track everyone is on their own to do whatever they like and stay as long as they like.
The last event on the Speedway’s schedule for Saturday is the night time practice, 6:30PM to 8:00PM, if anyone wants to stay that late.
