Nice new shiny Audi vehicles are cool but what’s even cooler are nice old shiny Audi vehicles like this one…that just happens to be for sale in the DC area.

Here’s the Craigslist ad:

This is an extremely hard to find 1972 Audi 100 LS. This is the first vehicle Audi brought to to United States and a true collectible. This historic car is the C1 generation, which later became the A6.

Exterior is in good condition and has been repainted in the same factory red by the previous owner. There are some minor cosmetic blemishes. But the car is rust and rot free.

The interior has been completely reupholstered, and looks great, including an almost perfect dash.

The car runs and drives great, including quite a few 60 plus mile trips in the area. These models are extremely hard to find, especially in this condition.

Serious buyers please contact me for more info and to schedule a time to see the car.

I know the owner of this vehicle and he’s an Audi of America employee so you know he is a real enthusiast and takes care of his cars…yes, cars. Guess what? He’s also selling two (or three) other Audi vehicles: a 1.8T swapped 1976 Audi Fox and another 76 rolling shell, and a 2015 520hp A3 prestige quattro! He’s thinning the herd to add more. I envy him.

The ad for the 100 LS is HERE. The ads for the other vehicles are below the 100 LS gallery.
