Find of the Day: 2003 Imola Yellow Audi RS 6 Avant

I remember in the early days of internet forums running across this wagon called an RS 6 and that Audi called them Avants. Avant? What kind of name is that but regardless, I fell hard for it. I had already owned a German wagon by this time (B4 VW Passat GLX) but this Avant was something out of this world. Most examples of the C5 RS 6 Avant I’ve seen were Daytona Grey so when I ran across this one, it was very hard to miss. Here’s the ad:

Lightning fast lemon

This 2003 Audi RS6 C5 4.2 V8 Avant Quattro is the first generation of a legendary model that changed the automotive industry forever. A four-wheel-drive supercar with all the benefits of a family car never seemed possible until the RS6. RS stands for RennSport and we know why!

The 4.2 liter Biturbo V8 engine with 450 hp roars brutally and gives you a real sports car feeling with the advantages of a family car. The automatic transmission provides a smooth ride but shifts sharply when you’re in the mood for a fun drive. The heated leather Recaro sports seats, alcantara finish, alloy wheels, navigation system with color screen, headlight washers, power windows and & power mirrors are just a bunch of this Audi’s fine option list. This Imola Gelb RS6 has only driven 93,000 km in the past 19 years and was previously owned by only one French owner. The exterior color matches perfectly with the sporty two-tone black/yellow leather/alcantara interior.

For many, the RS6 is a dream car, all models have a unique design and they have always been fast and very reliable cars. You have to imagine how easy it is to use this car. Taking children to school, going skiing, cycling trips, long distances for work, a day at the race track or a road trip through Italy with your friends. Everything is possible with the RS6 and you will enjoy it simultaneously.

Discover this fast wagon in perfect condition which has always been maintained by the same Audi dealer. It has a full service history and even has its original paint. This one off car is in exceptional condition, perfect for a true collector.

If you think the exterior is loud, take a gander at the interior. It’s so bright, you’d have to wear sunglasses even at night. With only 93,000km (58,000 miles) logged, this is a great specimen. Too bad we in the States can’t import it yet (darn you 25 year rule!) but our Canadian friends can and have imported C5 RS 6 Avants. There isn’t a price listed but this Avant is priceless. If you’re curious or even want to buy it, you may find it at Premium Classics in the Netherlands HERE.
