Everyone’s attention is on the new Audi RS 6 Avant coming to the States as a 2020 model but what about the other RS 6 that made it to the States? The C5 RS 6 came over as a sedan instead of the uberwagon but it’s nothing to ignore. This example found on Audizine has only 83,xxx miles on it and looks like it’s had a ton of maintenance in the last year.

The interior looks great as does the exterior. Here’s the ad:

Unfortunately selling my 2003 RS 6 with only 83,0XX miles – have a growing family, so I’m in the market for a wagon. Plus this car is too clean/well maintained for hauling around kids/taking on family trips.

– Comes with complete service records & history, all RS 6 documentation/manuals from the factory & clean CarFax with a Carfax guarantee
– This RS 6 has only been adult owned/driven and never modified, never driven more than 5,500/per year
– I can even provide you with a market analysis on all RS 6s currently for sale in the U.S., with this being priced the lowest for mileage, condition, history and service records available

Service from summer 2019 focused on eliminating the following concern points on RS 6s – all work was conducted by Brink Motorsports (Audi Specialty shop) in Austin, TX:
– Engine Timing Belt Tensioner Lever
– Engine Timing Belt Roller
– Engine Timing Belt Roller
– Engine Timing Belt
– Engine Camshaft Seal
– Engine Water Pump
– Engine Crankshaft Seals
– Engine Timing Belt Tensioner Adjuster
– Engine Coolant Thermostat
– Engine Coolant After-Run Pump & new lines & clamps & full system flush
– Oil & filter change in June/July of 2019 (less than 2,000 miles driven since)
– Brand new OEM Windshield installed at 80K miles – zero chips
– Rear 02 Sensors replaced, due to faulty sensor not reading emissions (noted in Carfax – replaced and passed emissions)

Due to frequently asked about items/areas of concern, I had two PPIs conducted and am happy to provide the reports on the following:
– Transmission & torque converter shift smoothly, zero noise/hesitation (received full transmission service at 73k miles) – this thing is strong as hell
– Turbos hold boost perfectly, zero oil leaks/smoke
– DRC suspension is holding pressure, rides smooth, corners hard
– No sagging headliner, no cracks or tears in leather
– All four heated seats fully function
– All mirrors fully functional (auto dip for reverse, folding & auto dim mirrors)
– Reverse back up sensors fully functioning
– Zero pealing from the soft touch finish on the interior

Items of note/Could be better:
– Serpentine belt has slight whine – already have a quote and appointment to have it resolved
– Curb rash on two wheels (each smaller than 2 inches in length)
– Car has been maintained by a pro detailer – interior smells like Audi leather – never smoked in – zero stains, no sagging headliner – exterior is in exceptional condition with paint protection film on both rear quarters (because the wide hips tend to catch rocks from the front wheels)
– Air Bag light is illuminated due to a faulty sensor for the rear passenger side curtain air bag

The best thing about this RS 6 sedan? The price…only $16,000. A quick search shows several RS 6 sedans for sale but some have accidents reported or have over 100k miles or similar mileage but several thousand dollars more. Find the ad HERE.
