TT West 2018 – A Grizzly Drive through Sun Valley, Yellowstone, and the Grand Tetons
Sunday September 9 to Friday September 14
TT West 2018 invades the land of the grizzly bear as we start in Boise, Idaho and drive to Sun Valley, Idaho. Next day we visit Craters of the Moon National Monument lava fields on our way to the village of West Yellowstone which is adjacent to the park. We then do a circular route that starts on scenic and twisty drive through the Gallatin River Canyon (‘A River Runs Through It’ was filmed here!) to the Museum of the Rockies in Bozeman. Next, we see and learn about grizzly bears at the Montana Grizzly Encounter just east of Bozeman. We complete the circle to West Yellowstone via the Yellowstone National Park north entrance. The next day is dedicated to exploring Yellowstone National Park for grizzlies in the wild and other natural wonders like Old Faithful. Finally we cruise the Grand Tetons ending in Jackson, Wyoming after 850+ miles of fun.
