We know what it’s like to drive on a racetrack for the first time: exciting\, unique\, maybe a bit overwhelming. So we work with you to make your experience as fun and enjoyable as OUR first day! Your classroom teacher and personal in-car instructor will make you comfortable and give you the confidence to explore the performance of your car. \nFrom first-timer through novice to experienced performance driver\, NEQ has a run-group and coaching experience just for you and your car. Jump at this opportunity to learn and develop your driving skills in a safe\, controlled environment\, learning from some of the finest instructors in the area. It will also allow you to explore your capabilities as a driver and those of your vehicle in a controlled environment. \nClub Motorsports is a premiere country club for enthusiasts of vintage and performance cars and motorcycles at the edge of New Hampshire’s White Mountains. On hundreds of rolling wooded acres with breathtaking views\, it is a heart-pounding ribbon through the woods: 15 turns over 2.5 miles with an elevation change of 250 feet. It may well be the most dramatic and scenic performance course in the country — a perfect blend of technology\, art\, and adrenaline. \nRegistration Fees \nOur event is during PEAK SEASON in northern New Hampshire. YOU NEED TO COMMIT EARLY AND BOOK HOTEL ROOMS ASAP TO ENSURE AVAILABILTY AND FOR BEST PRICING \nStudents: $525 per student for one day or $795 per student for two days.\nInstructors: Event fees are waived in appreciation of your instruction. \nSunday for Advanced Solo and Instructors: We have been invited to share the track with Club Motorsports Members Sunday from 11:00AM to 5:00PM for $400. Register here on MSR first and then Club Motorsports will invoice you directly. Please note the event on Sunday is run by Club Motorsports. \nWhat is a High Performance Driving School? \nThe purpose of a driving school is quite simple: to improve your driving skills. We conduct the school on a racetrack under the close supervision of experienced and trained instructors. You will learn how to handle and control your vehicle at speeds not normally attained on public roads. This will help to prepare you for emergencies in normal driving. It will also allow you to explore your capabilities as a driver and those of your vehicle in a controlled environment. At no time will you be encouraged to go any faster than is comfortable. All participants will be organized into run groups in accordance with experience\, skill\, and type of vehicle. \nWhat you learn on the track depends on your driving skill. Beginners are taught driving style (smoothness\, consistency\, the ability to read the track)\, more experienced participants continue to work on consistency\, while developing new skills such as trail braking and threshold braking. As a beginner\, every time you are on the track\, you will have an experienced instructor with you in the passenger seat. \nFor experienced drivers\, you can be “signed off” and drive solo when you have proven to your instructor and the Chief Instructor that you understand the basics of high speed driving\, you can consistently drive the correct line\, and you show proper etiquette on track. Maturity\, good judgment\, skill\, and significant experience will lead to being signed off for solo driving. \nThough you are on a racetrack\, other drivers of similar driving skills\, it is not a race. Passing in corners is not allowed\, and you are not expected to shift at redline\, or go screaming through each corner with the tires squealing. Safety of the event is of the utmost importance. Driver conduct will be diligently monitored throughout the day by the staff\, instructors\, and corner workers. \nTrack Time \nYou will have four on-track sessions each day varying from 20-30 minutes each. At the end of the 2-day event you will have had between 3-4 hours on-track over the two days. That’s a lot of driving time and a lot of personalized high-quality instruction. \nClassroom \nYour day is divided between driving on the track\, classroom sessions\, and free time. Yes\, this is a school\, and there is mandatory classroom time. All participants are required to attend classroom sessions throughout the day to learn vehicle dynamics and driving techniques. \nIn the classroom\, you learn a lot of high speed driving theory. Learn about the difference between an early and late apex. You’ll get a better understanding of car dynamics so you understand what is really happening when you brake or why your car understeers or oversteers in certain circumstances. Each classroom will also include an opportunity for Q&A. \nDo I need to own an Audi? \nWe welcome all makes of cars — you don’t have to drive an Audi to enjoy our events. This school is an excellent way for you to improve your driving skills and have fun too! \nAll participants must simply be members of the Audi Club of North America (ACNA). There is a $49 fee for annual membership. To join or update your membership\, please go to the ACNA website (https://www.audiclubna.org/) and click on “Join ACNA” at the top of the page. \nFirst Time Students \nOur club is a friendly community of individuals who share a passion for driving their cars. \nWe know what it’s like to drive on a race-track for the first time and we customize your experience to make it an enjoyable as possible. We love welcoming first-timers to our events and we have a good number of first-timers at each one – you will not be alone. Your novice classroom teacher and your personal instructor are ready to make you comfortable and give you the tools and confidence to enjoy driving your car on the race-track. Don’t forget – this is not competition driving. There is no overtaking in corners or racing other cars. This is all about having a safe and enjoyable experience. \nWe have some restrictions on driving convertibles and you will need a helmet. Requirements are on the next page. This means that cars with “auto-deployable” rollover protection are not acceptable. \n– Track Terms\n– Tires\n– Helmets: A helmet with a SNELL SA2015 or SA2020 rating are the only helmets that may be used.\n– Flags \nTech Pre-Inspection: \nWell in advance of any on-track driving event\, you’ll need to get your car pre-inspected by a competent mechanic\, who will have to provide a completed and signed copy of the Safety Inspection Checklist form for you to bring with you to registration. Please get your car inspected at least two weeks before the event to avoid disappointment if the inspection uncovers repairs that must be completed before the car will pass. \nThe Northeast Region of the Audi Club (NEQ) recognizes several Audi-VW tuners and service centers. They are NEQ supporters with years of experience and scores of satisfied customers. As a benefit for NEQ members they will provide free tech pre-inspection for applicants of our schools. Bring your Safety Inspection Checklist form. After inspection they will sign your form to be sure you are eligible for our event. DESCRIPTION:DeutscheMarques 12 set a record of 646 cars on display in 2024\, making it largest all-German car show in America.  They hope to break that record again this year\, with the 13th annual event.  The show takes place on the Campania Barn Lawn of the Gilmore Car Museum in Hickory Corners\, MI (about a 3.5 hr drive from suburban Chicago). It features all of your favorite German marques and everything from daily drivers to weekend treasures\, including Audi\, BMW\, Porsche\, Mercedes-Benz\, and Volkswagen. \nJoin us for our group drive and rendezvous with the Audi Club Michigan chapter. We are planning two group drives.  The show opens at 9 am eastern\, and ends at 3pm. If you intend to display your car within the show\, plan on getting up early. We will determine a meeting point\, meet at about 6 am central and caravan to Hickory Corners\, MI. It is suggested you register and buy your ticket early. 2025 Ticket Link Just want to be a spectator? The second group will leave at a more reasonable hour and also caravan to Hickory Corners\, MI. Please note\, if you want to display your car and are in the second group\, parking is limited\, and you may not be able to enter the lawn display area.  There is however\, plenty of spectator parking.

This event\, designed as a meetup experience\, offers participants the opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts and enjoy a day of high-speed excitement. \nWatch as All-Stars from NASCAR\, INDYCAR\, and Formula 1 compete in TA2 machinery during the SpeedTour All-Star Race! Plus\, don’t miss the return of IROC! \nInternational GT (IGT) is a North American racing series that includes three different championships for late model Porsche and Ferrari competitors. Home primarily to sportsman drivers\, with the occasional professional driver/coach joining the action in endurance races\, International GT annually presents The Stuttgart Cup\, Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy and The Maranello Cup championships. \nThe Stuttgart Cup includes Cayman 3.4 and 3.8 liter cars. The Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy features 996\, 997 and other GT3 Cup cars from the last decade. The Maranello Cup includes Ferrari 360\, 430 and 458 challenge spec cars. All classes compete for season-long sprint championships. \nWith rare exception\, all three divisions compete on track at the same time for individual class honors in their own and exclusive International GT run group. SUMMARY:Audi Club Northwest (ACNW): July Driver Skills
DESCRIPTION:Audi Club Northwest presents the July Driver Skills and Teen Clinic at Bremerton Motorsports Park! \nDriver Skills is a one-day clinic on the fundamentals of performance driving hosted by the Northwest Chapter of Audi Club North America. Appropriate for novices and experienced drivers alike\, Driver Skills will make you a safer\, more competent driver. Working 1:1 with our Audi\, BMW and Porsche club instructors\, students rotate in small groups through the following educational segments: \nGround school (classroom)\nSlalom\nWet skid pad\nThreshold braking and accident avoidance\nFigure-8\nAutocross\nDriver Skills runs from 7:50am (gates open at 7) to 3:30pm\, followed by an optional segment which runs to 6pm or dark\, whichever comes first. \nNone of the segments involve timing or competition. Instead\, you work 1:1 with our instructors at a pace appropriate for your experience and comfort level. Together\, the segments improve your ability to look ahead\, place the car precisely\, control weight transfer\, steer with the throttle\, and brake effectively. Run groups are small\, which means that wait time between runs is minimal. At the end of the primary sessions\, students are encouraged to apply the lessons of the day in an optional segment on a large maneuvering course. \nMany see this program as a great way to improve their driving and car control skills for everyday driving in any weather conditions.  In addition\, this course prepares and qualifies you for high-performance driving education (HPDE) events with the local Audi\, BMW\, and Porsche clubs. \nThe Driver Skills participation fee is $185\, including lunch. ($105 for qualified teen drivers). \nAudi Club Northwest may share event registration information with Audi Club North America (ACNA)\, which aggregates this data for marketing and informational purposes. Shared information is managed according to the ACNA privacy policy.
