ABOUT AVANTOBERFEST
Founded by Neil Gjertsen in 2010, Avantoberfest is an annual car event held on the East Coast and once again will be making its way to the West Coast this Fall. The event attracts over 100 Audi Avant, Variant, Estate, and Wagon enthusiasts from all over for a weekend of cruising, festivities and so much more.

October 3rd
8AM – Cruise Meet Up/Registration Check In @ Saratoga Automobile Museum
9:45AM Mandatory Driver Meeting
10AM – Head out to Lake Placid *Full route will be provided
11:30/Noon – Lunch & Fuel Up Break *Location TBD
3PM – Arrive at Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds. Get ready to take in the Epic Views and Photo Opportunities!
5PM – Check In @ Hotel Saranac
7PM – Welcome Reception @ Hotel Saranac
October 4th
6:30AM/7AM – Grab & Go Breakfast & Coffee @ Hotel Saranac Lobby
8AM – Meet at Whiteface Mountain – gate check in. Get ready to climb 4,865’ – one of the High Peaks of the Andirondack Mountains.
10AM – Meet at thee Base of Whiteface Mountain to start Part II of morning cruise down Scenic Byway.
Noon – End Cruise @ Hotel Saranac

**Please practice proper social distancing and wear masks at all times. Avantoberfest will provide PPE as part of your driver & passenger pack. Our organization is doing everything to ensure that this is a safe cruise for all attending, we need everyone to do their part as well.
