This year is Audi’s 50th year in the US and the 20th year for the Audi TT. Come and help us celebrate this very special year for Audi. Audi Club Golden Gate Chapter is organizing Audi’s participation at the Legends of the Autobahn™ car show and Audi Club West Coast Meet.
This event is one of the most popular events of the Monterey Classic Car week with over 500 cars to see. Most of the cars will come from local clubs. The event will be held again at The Club at Pasadera next to the famed Laguna Seca racetrack.
There will be a number of special display cars from Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. This year we will be joined by the RADWood auto enthusiasts who will be showing their European cars from the 80’s and 90’s.
You can participate in two ways – display your car among other Audis or take a chance to win a trophy in one of the six Audi Concours classes. We will award trophies “3 deep”.
This is a fun social event. Car owners can show and talk with others about their cars. There will be food, beverages, (including free beer for adults!) and auto regalia in a festival like atmosphere.
We don’t like to call it a concours since most of the judged cars are driven daily.
General Display Car registration is $60
Concours registration is $95
- 4-Rings Classic (Audi 1995 and earlier, NSU, DKW, Wanderer, and Horch)
- Sports (two door cars – R8, A5 and S5)
- Audi Sedan (four door cars – all A, Q, E, and S models)
- Audi Modified (Audis having both major components modified for performance from OEM)
- Audi RS models (not TT)
- Audi TT (all years and models; NEW class this year)
There will also be an All German Car dinner Friday night and an opportunity to sign up for special viewing and parking at the Rolex Historic Races August 17th and 18th.
