DESCRIPTION:Pro Race \nThe traditional Lime Rock Park season opener will once again be the Trans Am Memorial Day Classic\, set for May 23-26\, providing a family-picnic atmosphere on the hillsides. The Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli will headline with 850-plus horsepower V8 engines showcased in the premier TA category. The TA2 class revives the Muscle Car wars of the late ‘60s\, featuring Ford Mustang\, Chevrolet Camaro\, and Dodge Challenger in a 100-mile race. Import and domestic sports cars will be highlighted in the exciting XGT\, SGT\, and GT classes.
