There is just one race left in the 2025 Formula 1 season, and while the Driver’s Championship will come down to the wire, eyes are beginning to focus on 2026. New details about the 2026 Audi F1 Team seem to come out on a daily basis at this point. The newest announcement is the multi-year partnership between Audi F1 Team and Perk.

The new partnership will see Perk use an AI-powered platform to streamline essential team operations such as travel bookings, expenses, and invoice processing. With team members working across 24 global race locations, Perk’s automation tools help reduce administrative friction and improve efficiency. “We’re thrilled to welcome Perk as our partner. Behind every race is an immense logistical effort, and with Formula 1’s demanding global calendar, that requires precise travel management for hundreds of people, the scale and complexity of operations are immense. Every little detail matters; everything and everyone contributes to winning. Perk’s technology brings intelligence and efficiency to one of the most demanding parts of our operation, empowering our teams to operate with maximum focus, performance and precision,” Jonathan Wheatley, Team Principal of the future Audi F1 Team.

“The future Audi F1 Team embodies what we stand for at Perk: ambition backed by action. As we enter a new era at Perk, disrupting the industry and transforming how people and companies work, there’s no better team to partner with than the future Audi F1 Team. We’re proud to support the team in powering real work and helping them focus on performing at their best on track,” Avi Meir, CEO and Co-founder of Perk.

Team operations such as travel booking may not be the most exciting aspect of a Formula 1 team, but it is an integral part. Another piece of the Audi F1 Team puzzle just fell into place.
