AUDI has revealed the exterior design of the upcoming AUDI E7X, a fully electric, premium SUV developed exclusively for China. Based on the 2025 concept shown at Auto Guangzhou, the E7X blends Audi’s technology with SAIC’s digital innovations to suit Chinese customer needs. It will make its official debut at Auto China 2026 in Beijing.

The AUDI E7X brings the bold, futuristic design of the E SUV concept into production. It is a large SUV with the following dimensions: 198.78 inches long, 78.81 inches wide, 67.24 inches high and a wheelbase of 120.47 inches. That is roughly equivalent to the Audi Q7. The E7X features clean surfaces, signature lighting, and an upright front with digital Matrix LED headlights define its striking look. Short overhangs and sculpted arches enhance sportiness, while two electric powertrain options—300 kW (402 horsepower) and 500 kW (671 horsepower) —deliver strong performance.

“The AUDI E7X is an SUV without compromises,” says Fermín Soneira, CEO of the Audi and SAIC Cooperation Project. “Its confident stance, sporty proportions and progressive design come together to create a perfect balance of emotion and everyday usability, shaping an SUV that feels instantly right for our customers.”

The E7X is the second model from AUDI. It follows on the heels of the popular E5 Sportback. The AUDI E7X blends classic Audi driving dynamics and premium quality with deep integration into China’s digital ecosystem, creating a fully electric SUV tailored specifically for tech-savvy Chinese customers.

The AUDI E7X will make its debut at the Auto China 2026 motor show in Beijing from April 24 to May 3, 2026, and be launched to market in the first half of 2026.
