We recently shared the Audi of America sales figures for 2025. Overall, they were down, but as we said in the article, there were some things to be optimistic about. Now, Audi has released their global 2025 sales figures, and the message is largely the same. It was a down year, but there are things to be excited about, including a strong finish to the year.

Audi delivered more than 1.6 million vehicles worldwide in 2025, finishing the year down about 3 percent compared to the previous year. The momentum shifted in the fall, with deliveries increasing year over year in every month from September onward, pointing to a clear recovery. That rebound is backed by strong demand, as total orders rose more than 13 percent versus 2024, while orders for electric models surged by roughly 58 percent. Audi’s EV push also hit a milestone in 2025, with all-electric deliveries reaching a record 223,000 vehicles, up about 36 percent year over year.

“Our product initiative is hitting the road, and deliveries are gradually reflecting this. In 2025, we were mainly able to achieve increases for electric models. This shows that customers are eagerly adopting electric models like the Audi A6 e-tron and Audi Q6 e-tron. We want to continue this upward trajectory in 2026. Thanks to our new corporate strategy, our dealer partners, and our international teams we are perfectly positioned to do so,” says Marco Schubert, Member of the Board of Management for Sales and Marketing.

Demand of Audi EV models was fueled in part by the new A6 e-tron and Q6 e-tron, while several markets—including Canada, Poland, Turkey, and Denmark—posted all-time delivery records. Europe held steady overall, with EV deliveries up about 40 percent, and Germany saw especially strong electric growth, nearly doubling year over year. North America set a new EV delivery record despite overall volume declining, while China remained highly competitive but still saw Audi retain its leading position among core rivals. Looking ahead, Audi plans to push hard in 2026 with key new launches across China and continued growth in emerging markets.

Global sales figures are in the chart below. North American numbers exclude Mexico. China numbers include Hong Kong.
