With so many incredible auction platforms, both traditional and untraditional, enthusiasts could spend all day searching all these outlets for interesting cars hitting the market. Audi Club aims to keep its members up to date with Ingolstadt’s finest as they are listed with this new series of stories. We’ll monitor the auction houses looking for interesting new finds, and hopefully our Audi enthusiast members will be informed enough to snap up the best of them.
If you’re a fan of televised auctions, Mecum Auctions are in Glendale, AZ, 16-19 March. Mecum’s on MotorTrend TV network and streaming on MotorTrend+ this year. Only three Audis are on the Glendale docket, a 2008 TT Roadster (16th), an RS7 (17th), and an R8 Spyder (19th). While there are typically few Audis on theirs dockets, you can learn a lot about cars from watching these auctions.
With that, let’s find the pot of gold in this week’s on-line listings.
2016 Audi RS 7 (34,000 Miles)

HOT LISTING! This striking Sepang Blue Pearl Effect over a Lunar Silver Valcona leather interior is a range-topping Prestige model. It’s equipped with a B&O Advanced Sound System, Dynamic and Matte Aluminum Optic packages. As an added bonus it sports an APR Stage 1 ECU tune that elevates the 4.0L V8 output to about 670HP.

No Reserve and little bidding time left. This Ibis White over Cardamom Beige in Premium Plus trim looks like a great grocery getter. The 2.0L I4 made 211HP and 258 lb-ft when factory fresh.
2001 Audi TT Roadster 225 (47,000 Miles)

Bidding ends late PM. No Reserve. A triple black example of the Mark I TT. The 1.8L turbocharged I4 is rated at 225HP and you get to enjoy a third pedal in this car. January 2022 service included oil change, brake fluid flush, A/C recharge, timing belt replacement, new water and power steering pumps, a left-front wheel bearing, and new tires.

No Reserve. The perfect car for St Patrick’s Day – that’s Highland Green Metallic over black and gray leather. It has a twin-turbocharged 2.7L V6 mated to 6-speed manual. It has a clean Carfax report but also a few blemishes.

Uncommon Daytona Gray Matte paint contrasted by Alu Optic package on the outside, black leather complimented by layered aluminum/black wood trim on the inside. The twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 is factory rated at 560HP/516 lb-ft of motivation. Clean Carfax report too.
2007 Audi S4 Avant (81,000 Miles)

This B7 S4 is powered by a factory-rated 340HP/302 lb-ft 4.2L V8 paired with a 6-speed manual; however, a carbon fiber airbox and Stasis exhaust may raise those engine numbers. It’s Ibis White over black Alcantara/leather with Carbon Atlas trim. The stance is enhanced by 19″ rotor wheels and Stasis-Ohlins adjustable coilovers. Carfax reports an accident with minor rear end damage.
2007 Audi A4 Avant (71,000 Miles)

A clean Carfax report too.

2021 Audi RS 5 Coupe (6,000 Miles)

A 1 of 100 Black Optic Launch Edition coupes, this one’s in Nardo Gray. The front bumper, hood, front fenders, and mirrors are protected by Xpel paint protection film and Ceramic Pro coating was applied. Bull-X resonator delete pipes are installed (OEM resonator is included in sale) and Carfax reports the car’s accident-free.
2012 Audi R8 V10 Coupe (8,000 Miles)

Brilliant Red with Oxygen Silver side blades over black leather, the V10 was factory rated at 525HP/391 lb-ft and this one’s mated to an R-tronic transmission. Carbon fiber trims the engine bay and the Carfax report lists no accidents or damage.
