Hello again Audi aficionados! Thank you for reading another Auction Watch where we’ve done the internet searching for you. We’ve checked multiple online car auction sites looking for Audi models worthy of your bids. Typically each Thursday we post those listings calling out a car’s highlights and include a few pictures and a link to the listing. Our goal is to help you find that certain Audi that you’re looking for in time for you to bid on it.
Merry Christmas to all my Audi Club friends that I’ve met at various club events and to all the friends I haven’t met yet. I hope you all are having an excellent Christmas with family and friends and that Santa brought you that Audi and/or the Audi accessories that you asked for. My wife and I are soon heading south to see family and friends so this is the final Auction Watch for 2025. Now on to this week’s listings.
The Boxing Day specials this year are a 2015 Q5 TDI that has a good service history and a 2011 A4 Avant that has some surprising changes under its hood and in the interior. Even numbered Audi models dominate this week’s listings with five 4-series of all types except Cabriolet, three 6-series, and four 8-series. There are also two Mark I TTs and one Mark II TT. My first pick of the week is the 2008 RS 4 in Imola Yellow with a Titanium package which, per a listing comment, makes it a 1 of 6 car for the 2007-2008 RS 4 production years. My second pick of the week is a 1 of 99 2006 TT Roadster 3.2 Isle of Man Special Edition with only 11k miles. And my final pick of the week is a low-mileage 2012 R8 V10 Spyder with a 6-speed. This week’s relists are:
This modified 2013 S6 listed on BaT in early August and bid to $14,850. Now it’s listed with no reserve. The exterior is Phantom Black, the interior is black with Valcona contrast-stitched quilted leather seats, and it now has 113k miles. The twin-turbo 4.0L V8 is tuned with numerous hardware mods. The clean Carfax lists three previous owners and no accidents/damage but one open recall. This auction ends 12.28.2025 at 2:11 PM EST.
Here’s a 2010 A4 that listed on BaT and sold for $7,700 in late October but the winning bidder failed to follow through with the purchase. Now this Meteor Gray over Cardamom Beige sedan is back on BaT listed with no reserve. It’s a Premium Plus trim-level and has 51k miles. Carfax reports minor damage to the front in March 2019. This auction ends 12.28.2025 at 2:37 PM EST.
2015 Audi Q5 TDI (113,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This SUV is listed as black (most likely Brilliant) and is a Prestige trim-level car. Inside are heated and ventilated front seats and a rear bench in Titanium Gray, Dark Walnut wood trim, Audi MMI Navigation Plus package, and B&O sound. The turbodiesel 3.0L V6 was factory rated at 240HP/428 lb-ft when new and bolts to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports this is a one-owner car, it has a good service history, and minor damage to the right front in December 2019.
2011 Audi A4 Avant (88,000 Miles**)

There’s a present under the hood of this long roof: a supercharged 3.0L V6 which had about 72k miles** on it when it replaced the original engine. It inhales through a Eurocode cold air intake and exhales into a STaSIS Motorsports cat-back exhaust with an x-pipe. The rest of the drivetrain is an 8-speed Tiptronic with a Torsen center diff and Sports diff. See the comments and photos for engine swap details. The surprises continue inside with black/Tuscan Brown Silk Nappa leather S4-spec front seats, plus Piano Black inlays, a panoramic sunroof, and B&O sound. Carfax reports three previous owners and no accidents/damage. NOTE: the car can’t be sold to a California in-state private buyer due to smog regulations.
2014 Audi A4 (30,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This Ibis White, low-mileage sedan is an example of when is an Audi not a quattro. The 2.0L I4 (220HP/258 lb-ft) powers a Multitronic continuously variable transaxle and a FrontTrak front-wheel-drive system. The black interior has leather seats, aluminum trim, and an Audi Concert CD stereo. Carfax reports this was a one-owner car before dealer acquisition, has no accidents/damage, and a good service history.
2008 Audi RS 4 (38,000 Miles)

This fast sedan was purchased by the current owner off BaT in January 2023 for $69,250 about 6 months after the COVID market peak. It’s only logged about 200 miles since then. That eye-popping color is Imola Yellow and it wears ppf on the front end, side skirts, door blades, and the lower portion of the rear bumper cover. The black interior has Nappa leather seats, Premium and Titanium packages, Bose sound, and a JH Motorsport short shifter for the 6-speed manual. The 4.2L V8 was Audi rated at 420HP/317 lb-ft and is fitted with a single-mass flywheel. The chassis still rides on its Dynamic Ride Control suspension. Carfax reports four previous owners and no accidents/damage.
2006 Audi TT Roadster 3.2 Special Edition (11,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This Quartz Gray metallic with black soft top roadster is 1 of 99 special edition built to celebrate the 99th anniversary of the first Tourist Trophy race on the Isle of Man. The interior has Amber Red leather seats with Baseball Optic stitching, Special Edition glovebox badging, some dead pixels in the central display, and an Audi Concert CD stereo. The 3.2L VR6 was factory rated at 250HP/236 lb-ft when new and powers a 6-speed DSG and Haldex drive. The clean Carfax reports three previous owners, #2 was long-term.
2005 Audi TT Coupe 3.2 (32,000 Miles)

This Mark I coupe is listed as blue (Ocean Blue) with imperfections noted above and in front of the passenger door handle (photo 45) and rear quarter panel (photos 47, 49). The Ebony interior has Nappa leather seats and an Audi Concert CD stereo with Bose sound. The 3.2L VR6 (250HP/236 lb-ft) powers a 6-speed DSG and Haldex drive. Carfax reports three previous owners and no accidents/damage.
2017 Audi S8 Plus (36,000 Miles)

This full-size fast cruiser is finished in Mythos Black metallic with a Black Optic Exterior package. The black interior has Valcona leather seats with Arras Red stitching, carbon twill red trim, Driver Assistance, Cold Weather, and Audi Design Selection packages, heated rear seats, and adaptive cruise control. A Dynamic package unlocks the performance of the twin-turbo 4.0L V8, Audi rated at 605HP/553 lb-ft, and it bolts to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports three previous owners and no accidents/damage.
2001 Audi S4 Avant (186,000 Miles)

No Reserve. As seen in yesterday’s Find of the Day, this is a well-used B5 long roof, it has mileage, flaws, and mods. The exterior is Light Silver with a less than elegant looking right rear quarter panel. Mod highlights include an MTM Stage 2 ECU, Wagner Tuning intercoolers, a Billy Boat exhaust, 034Motorsport suspension parts with Bilstein shock absorbers and H&R springs, and an AWE Tuning drivetrain stabilizer. The black interior also has wear and flaws pointed out in the listing’s photos. Carfax reports an accident in December 2004 but no additional details, which may explain the aforementioned quarter panel. There’s also a Lemon Squad inspection report.
2011 Audi A8 (115,500 Miles)

No Reserve. Based on the Carfax, I guess this full-size sedan started life as an Audi demo car before sale to its first private owner. The exterior is Ice Silver metallic, the interior has heated and ventilated leather front seats in Titanium Gray, wood trim, Driver Assistance and Convenience packages, Night Vision Assistant, and B&O sound. The 4.2L V8 was factory rated at 372HP/328 lb-ft when new and bolts to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
2014 Audi S6 (39,500 Miles)

Oolong Gray metallic is an interesting color in the sunlight, I don’t think the listing’s photo do it justice. The heated/ventilated/massaging multi-contour front sport seats are listed as Titanium Gray but that’s doubtful. Also inside are heated rear seats, Carbon Atlas trim, Audi MMI Navigation Plus infotainment, a back-up camera, and a CD stereo with B&O sound. The twin-turbo 4.0L V8, 420HP/406 lb-ft, powers a 7-speed S tronic. Carfax reports this is a one-owner car with no accidents or damage but the listing notes that the airbag light is illuminated. 2012 Audi R8 V10 Spyder (15,500 Miles)

Yet another low mileage 2012 R8 Spyder, this Daytona Gray pearl with black soft top example stayed with its first owner until late 2025. The exterior has ppf which “covers the body” and carbon fiber mirror caps. The black interior has Crimson Red-stitched leather seats as part of the Enhanced Leather package, Carbon Fiber Sigma trim, white-faced instruments, a back-up camera, and B&O sound. The 5.2L V10 is factory rated at 525HP/391 lb-ft and this one spins a 6-speed manual. The Carfax report is clean and has a good service history including new tires in April 2025.
2021 Audi RS 5 Coupe (65,000 Miles)

This Daytona Gray pearl B9 coupe with a black roof option is well-equipped with Black Optic Carbon, Dynamic, Navigation, and RS Driver Assistance packages, dynamic steering, and a B&O sound. The black interior has Fine Nappa leather seats with Rock Gray honeycomb stitching and carbon fiber inlays. The 2.9L twin-turbo V6, Audi rated at 444HP/443 lb-ft, sends its power so an 8-speed ZF-sourced Tiptronic. Carfax reports one commercial owner, no accidents/damage, and a lot of tire changes.
2024 Audi RS 6 Avant Performance (7,000 Miles)

The listing for this Daytona Gray pearl halo Avant has a weird note, “The seller states that the car was delivered with a single key”. Very odd. The car seems very bare bones, see the window sticker for details. The up-spec 4.0L twin-turbo V8 is Audi rated at 621HP/627 lb-ft and pairs with an 8-speed Tiptronic. The Carfax report is clean. The listing also notes, “A Broad Arrow Specialist is working as an agent on behalf of the seller of this listing. As such, the purchase transaction will be facilitated by Broad Arrow, including vehicle payment, applicable taxes required to be collected by the seller or Broad Arrow, and title/ownership reassignment.”
2019 Audi Q8 (79,500 Miles)

Here’s a first year example of the Q8 that’s listed as Navarra Blue metallic but that should be Galaxy Blue and it’s well-equipped with Prestige, Luxury, Adaptive Chassis, Year One, and Cold Weather packages. The roomy interior features heated, ventilated, and massaging Sarder Brown Valcona leather front seats and Basalt Gray Eucalyptus wood inlays. The turbocharged 3.0L V6 (335HP/369 lb-ft) has a replacement long block (see listing photos 120-122) and sends that fresh power to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports two previous owners, an open recall #90TV Rearview Camera Software, but no accidents/damage. Look carefully at the picture below and you can see a ghost image of the removed S and Q8 badges.
2008 Audi TT Roadster 3.2 (102,000 Miles)

Here’s the last car of the year, a Brilliant Red Mark II roadster. The window in the black soft top doesn’t look to be in the best condition and the paint’s finish reflects the mileage in places. The black interior has leather seats, Enhanced Interior and Audio packages, and more wear on the touch points. The 3.2L VR6 inhales through a Neuspeed P-Flo intake, runs Audi Club sponsor Unitronic’s Stage 1 tune, exhales into a “Tampa Mod” exhaust mod (whatever that is), and spins a 6-speed manual. The chassis also has Solo Werks S1 coilovers. Carfax reports seven previous owners, no accidents/damage, and a robust auction sale history.
