Audi Club Auction Watch: 07.17.2025

Hello again Audi aficionados! Thank you for clicking on another edition of Auction Watch where we’ve done the internet searching for you. We’ve checked multiple car auction sites looking for Audi models worthy of your bids. Typically each Thursday we post those listings calling out a car’s highlights and include a few pictures and a link to the listing. Our goal is to help you find the Audi that you’re looking for in time for you to bid on it.
This week’s relisting is another chance to bid on an S4. Following that are six listings which end today so if you’re looking for a way to spend a lot of money, an A8 L, a nice A4, a very cleaning looking A6 Avant, an R8 Spyder that actually has some miles on it, or a true classic 200 Avant Turbo, you’d better get bidding. Auctions ending on Friday are another R8 V10 Spyder with mileage, and in chronological order, a Mark II TT RS, a modified S4, and a B9 S5 Coupe. Looking for a much more reasonable RS 6 Avant? There’s a low-mileage 2022 listed that may be the one for you. Also from the Audi Sport playbook are a 2017 R8 V10 plus Coupe, a 2022 RS e-tron GT, a 2023 RS 5 Coupe, and saving the best for last—an imported 2000 RS 4 Avant—is the final listing. Not quite as sporty but still fun options are a 2005 TT Coupe 3.2, a mildly modified 2016 S4, a 2015 S5 Coupe, a 2017 S6, and a 2014 A4 6-speed. A 2005 S4 which last sold at auction in early June 2025. In fact, it’s been looking for a good home for about six years. The auction on this Dolphin Gray, 44k-mile B6 sedan ends on 07.20.2025 at 2:02 PM EDT.

Bid quickly, auction ends early this PM! This is #305 of 660 made, 1 of 85 for the US market, and it’s still essentially new hence the window sticker. Please read all about the equipment you get in the $72,300 GT package and be ready to bid more than a quarter of a million US dollars if you want it. Number 344 and 367 sold for $256k and $239k, respectively, on BaT some weeks ago. Makes me wonder just what the dealer mark-up was.
2016 Audi A8 L (100,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends early this PM! No Reserve. That’s not black paint, it’s Moonlight Blue metallic, but it does have a black interior. Inside are heated and ventilated front leather seats with massage function, a head-up display, a Cold Weather package, and Bose Surround sound. The 3.0L supercharged V6 engine (333HP/325 lb-ft) mates to an 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports six owners and no accidents or damage.
2016 Audi A4 (93,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends early this PM! No Reserve. This is a well-equipped sedan: Premium Plus trim-level and Sport, S Line Competition Plus, and Technology packages. The exterior is Ibis White; the interior is black with leather/Alcantara seats and Piano Black inlays. The 2.0L turbocharged I4 (220HP/258 lb-ft) bolts to an 8-speed. Carfax reports minor damage to the right rear and rear in January 2020. A February 2024 service document notes the wiring for the crank sensor is damaged and needs to be repaired. The seller says it’s secured with tape.
2006 Audi A6 Avant 3.2 (122,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends mid-PM today! No Reserve. This long roof is finished in Atlas Gray metallic over a Platinum interior with leather seating, heated rear seats, wood trim, an Audi MMI navigation system, and a Bose sound system with glovebox-mounted CD changer. It really looks great in the photos. The 3.0L V6 was factory rated at 255HP/243 lb-ft when new and pairs with a 6-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports this is a one-owner car before sale by this dealer with no accidents or damage and a good service history.
2011 Audi R8 V10 Spyder (42,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends late-PM today! Finally, a 2011 R8 Spyder with some miles on it. The OEM Phantom Black Pearl paint is covered by a satin dark gray exterior vinyl wrap, the badges are black, and the calipers are painted red. The interior has an Enhanced Leather package with contrasting red seats and door panel inserts, Carbon Sigma trim, illuminated door sill inserts, and B&O sound. Sadly the door leather is loose, a common problem with R8s of this age in hot, humid climates. The 5.2L V10, Audi rated at 525HP/391 lb-ft, mates to a 6-speed R tronic. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents or damage but the Service light is illuminated.
1989 Audi 200 Turbo Avant (145,000 Miles)

Bid quickly, auction ends late-PM today! No Reserve. This classic long roof is Pearl White over Platinum Gray with leather seats, wood trim, a MOMO steering wheel, and a few flaws. Cracked taillights and other flaws are pictured in the listing’s close-up photos. And based on photo #135 it had been sitting for a while before being cleaned up for sale. The turbocharged 2.2L I5 spins a 5-speed manual and had its head gasket, valve seals, timing belt, and water pump replaced within the past 300 miles. It also has a replacement turbo, aftermarket engine management programming, and no muffler or catalytic converter . Please read the listing for more mod details. The Carfax report is fairly useless.
2011 Audi R8 V10 Spyder (49,000 Miles)

I guess I need to stop asking if anyone actually drove their 2011 R8 Spyders because here’s a second one this week with some miles on it. I think this Phantom Black pearl with black soft top example has a few mods not listed and more that are discussed like the 20″ Variant wheels, Öhlins coilovers, and aftermarket three-spoke steering wheel. But I think the wing, side skirts, and splitter are aftermarket. The 5.2L V10 is factory rated at 525HP/391 lb-ft and wears an aftermarket valved exhaust and pairs with the desirable 6-speed manual. NOTE: Carfax reports severe damage to the front and front-right corner from a May 2017 accident. Listing commenters have asked for more details.
2014 Audi S4 (107,000 Miles)

The 19” BBS SR wheels are your only clue as to what this Ibis White sedan has under the hood. The supercharged 3.0L V6 now runs a EPL Stage 2 tune with an aftermarket upper supercharger pulley, an ECS Tuning cold air intake, and an AWE Touring cat-back exhaust. The enhanced power is sent to a 6-speed manual and optional Sport diff. The interior is black and Magma Red with Fine Nappa Leather seats, Carbon Atlas trim, Audi MMI Navigation plus package, and B&O sound. Carfax reports minor damage to the right rear and rear in August 2017.

The 2.5L turbocharged I5, Audi rated at 360HP/343 lb-ft when new, feeds a Borla exhaust and spins a 6-speed manual. Carfax reports seven owners but no accidents or damage. Remember, red cars are faster, so you’ll want new tires if you bid on this beauty.

The turbocharged 3.0L V6, factory rated at 354HP/369 lb-ft, exhales into a Touring-spec AWE Tuning exhaust and bolts to a 8-speed Tiptronic. Carfax reports seven owners but no accidents or damage.

Here’s an Auction Watch first, this fast Mythos Black metallic long roof is equipped with an Individual Contour Seat package for its black interior. Perhaps the goal was a fast, comfy highway cruiser? Other options are Executive and Driver Assistance packages and the Interior Protection Kit. The twin-turbo 4.0L V8 with 48-volt mild-hybrid system is factory rated at 591HP/590 lb-ft and pairs with an 8-speed Tiptronic. The clean Carfax reports it has already sold at auction with less than 1,000 miles on it. Is it a spec no one wants?
2022 Audi RS e-tron GT (4,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This BEV listing will also be interesting to watch to see who wants a great looking but electric sedan. The color is Daytona Gray pearl and it wears Audi Club sponsor XPEL’s STEALTH paint protection film. The interior features a Full Leather Interior package with Arras Red Nappa leather seats that are heated, ventilated, and massaging up front, a Carbon Performance package, and B&O 3D sound. It rolls on satin silver 22″ Vossen HF-4T wheels wearing Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The dual synchronous motors are factory rated at 637HP/612 lb-ft and powered by a 93-kWh battery. The Carfax report is clean.
2012 Audi S5 Coupe (128,000 Miles)

No Reserve. This paint color is Moonlight Blue metallic and it’s over an interior with Tuscan Brown leather seats and door panel inserts. Also inside are Audi MMI infotainment and a few minor flaws. There are a few external dings and flaws that reflect the age and mileage. The 4.2L V8 was factory rated at 354HP/325 lb-ft when new but exhales into an aftermarket exhaust now. A 6-speed Tiptronic and quattro complete the drivetrain. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents or damage.
2023 Audi RS 5 Coupe (17,000 Miles)

This Nardo Gray 2-door’s optional equipment includes Dynamic, Black Optic, Navigation, RS Design, and Side Assist packages; Audi Guard All-Weather floors mats; and black rings, badges, and roof. The black interior has Nappa leather seats with red stitching, RS carbon inlays, and B&O sound. The potent twin-turbo 2.9L V6 is Audi rated at 444HP/443 lb-ft and bolts to an 8-speed ZF-sourced automatic. The Carfax report is clean.
2017 Audi R8 V10 plus Coupe (9,000 Miles)

Ara Blue Crystal Effect is my second favorite color on an R8. This example is a plus model with its 5.2L V10 Audi rated at 610HP/413 lb-ft and it pairs well with a 7-speed S tronic. The black interior has a Diamond Stich Leather package with Ara Blue thread, mate carbon fiber inlays, and B&O sound. The chassis rolls on optional 20” wheels and has optional Dynamic steering. Carfax reports two owners and no accidents or damage.
2016 Audi S4 (33,000 Miles)

This Ibis White B8.5 S4 had the usual mods for the model: an aftermarket air intake, an ECU tune (ChipWerke tune module for the 3.0L supercharged V6), aftermarket X-pipes (mid-pipe resonators removed), an aftermarket RS-style grille (complete with RS 4 badge), and a carbon fiber rear spoiler. But it also has transmission mount bushing and rear differential mount from ECS Tuning. The enhanced power flows to a 7-speed S tronic. OEM options include a Technology Package, 19” wheels, and Nappa leather seats. Carfax reports minor damage to the front in March 2019 with may explain the grille swap.

No Reserve. This Brilliant Black with Black Optics sporty full-size sedan is a Prestige trim-level model. The black interior has Valcona leather seats with silver diamond stitching, carbon fiber trim, a center console cooler box, a power rear sunshade, and B&O sound. The twin-turbo 4.0L V8 is factory rated at 450HP/406 lb-ft and bolts to a 7-speed S tronic. Carfax reports no accidents or damage.
2005 Audi TT Coupe 3.2 (98,000 Miles)

No Reserve. It’s been a minute since we’ve had a TT equipped with a 3.2L VR6 V6 (250HP/236 lb-ft) on Auction Watch. A 6-speed DSG and Haldex drive complete the drivetrain. The exterior is Brilliant Red over Ebony interior with Nappa leather seats, carbon fiber trim, a Sony Xplod stereo with Bose sound, and some missing pixels in the center display (see listing photo #58). Carfax reports minor damage to the right front in May 2021 and the seller notes a dent in the right door.

No Reserve. This one-owner, Premium Plus trim-level, Daytona Gray pearl could be a fun daily. It’s equipped with Technology and Sport Plus packages which add nice features both inside and out. See listing photo #202 for details on the window sticker. The engine is a 2.0L I4 (252HP/273 lb-ft) that spins a 6-speed manual and Audi’s quattro drive with Ultra for better gas mileage. Carfax report is clean and the listing’s photo gallery has a lot of service and accessory documentation.

We’ll end this week on a what could be a high note, as in sale price, a Euro-spec long roof purchased in France which is finished in Avus Silver and has a US Title. Please read this listing, even if you’re not serious about bidding, because this car per a seller’s comment, come s with, “…150 pages of service history, meticulously documenting its maintenance.” That’s the way we should all care for our Audis. Considerable service done on the 2.7L twin-turbo V6 drivetrain and chassis at 193k kilometers is listed in the listing’s Recent Service History but it is a 25-year old car so there are see the Known Flaws for details.
